虚拟数控机床及开放式数控系统的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、通讯技术、多媒体技术、图形图像技术和可视化技术的迅速发展,以虚拟现实技术为基础的虚拟原型、虚拟设计、虚拟制造,已广泛地应用到实际生产中。虚拟制造系统是实际制造系统在不消耗能源和资源的信息世界里的完全映射。它利用信息技术、仿真技术、计算机技术对现实制造活动中的人、物、信息及制造过程进行全面的仿真,以发现制造中可能出现的问题,在产品实际生产前就采取预防措施,从而实现产品一次性制造成功,来达到降低成本、缩短产品开发周期、增强产品竞争力的目的。 虚拟数控机床是虚拟制造系统的重要组成之一,由它所完成的数控加工过程仿真为产品设计可制造性分析提供关键数据。本课题是四川大学工程培训中心教学培训系统的重要组成部分,数控培训是学生工程培训的重要内容。为了充分利用设备资源,也为了使学生能了解这种先进的制造技术——虚拟加工技术,工程培训中心提出了虚拟数控车床的研制。本文要求对虚拟数控机床的原理、虚拟数控车床原理进行研究,并实现虚拟数控车床对车削加工过程的模拟。本系统可用于制造企业的实际生产中,也可用于模拟数控加工和教学培训。开放式数控系统是当前数控技术发展的突出领域,本文对开放式数控系统进行了系统的研究。 本文主要完成的内容具体如下: 1.通过对国内外虚拟制造系统广泛地研究之后,对虚拟数控车床进行可行性研究,对虚拟数控机床的原理、组成模块、关键技术、环境结构和系统结构做了系统的分析。 2.对虚拟数控车床原理和虚拟数控车床车削加工场景模拟中关键技术进行一了研究,提出了新颖的车削加工模拟实现方法,即采用二维图形拼合算法来实现车削加工模拟。 3.研究了二维图形拼合算法和通过二维图形实现三维车削加工模拟场景模型的关键技术;研究了基于组件对象技术的软件系统实现技术,设计实现了二维图形拼合算法的COM组件。 4.采用openGL图形开发平台和面向对象的技术,实现了虚拟数控车床环境的主要部件的建模,包括刀具、顶尖、工件、三爪卡盘等。 5.设计了虚拟数控车床的软件系统结构,实现了NC代码编辑器和虚拟数控车床的实验原型系统。该系统可用于企业实际生产、模拟数控加工和教学培训。 6.对开放式数控系统进行了研究。分析了开放式数控的本质、特征及开放式的几种实现形式。对CJK6132A车床闭环数控系统开放性结构进行了研究。

【Abstract】 With the fast development of the computer technology, communication technology, multimedia technology, graph and picture technology and visualizing technology, the virtual prototyping, virtual design and virtual manufacturing based on the virtual reality technology, have been used in the realizing production. Virtual manufacturing system is the entire map of the fact manufacturing system to the information world in which the resource and energy would not be consumed. It uses the information technology, emulating technology and computer technology to emulate the human, substance, information and the manufacturing course in the fact manufacture action. The precaution is used before the fact product is manufactured. So the product can be successfully manufactured at first. The cost can be reduced, the exploitation period can be shortened and the competition capability of the product can be strengthened.Virtual NC machine tool is an important part of the virtual manufacturing system. The machine course emulating of the NC machining which is achieved by the Virtual NC machine tool, offers the kernel data for the manufacture of the product design. This project is an important part of the teaching System of Engineering Teaching Center of Sichuan University. For taking advantage of limitedresource and make the students to know about the advanced technology------virtualmanufacturing technology, the Engineering Teaching Center puts forward the research of virtual NC lathe. This text requires for researching the principle of virtual NC machine, the principle of NC lathe and actualizing the process emulatingof virtual NC lathe. This system can be used in actual manufacturing, emulating NC process and teaching. Open NC system is a prominent field in today’s NC technology. The open NC system also has been researched. This text has researched as follows:1. After researching the virtual manufacturing system in the inland and foreign land, we have researched the feasibility of the virtual NC machine tool and analyze the principle of virtual NC machine which consists module, kernel technology, environment structure, and system structure.2. We have researched the principle of virtual NC lathe and the kernel technology of virtual environment, put forward neoteric lathe process imitate method. It’s means that we use the planar graph combining method to actualize the imitation.3. We have researched the planar graph combining algorithm and realized the three-D by planar graph. We also have researched the COM technology. And we have designed the COM module of planar graph combining algorithm.4. We have used OpenGL and OOP technology to realize the main model of virtual NC lathe environment which include the model of the tool, tip, workpiece and the three-claw cartridge.5. We have designed the software system structure of virtual NC lathe, realized the NC code editor and experimentation archetype system of virtual NC lathe. This system can be used in actual manufacture, imitate NC process and teaching.6. We also have researched the open NC system as well as roundly discussed the essence, peculiarity and several actualization form of open NC. The CJK6132A lathe close-loop NC system’s open peculiarity has been researched.
