用于海产养殖的膜式氧合器的设计与测试研究

【摘要】 集约化高密度水产养殖是现代高效设施渔业的生产形式,是我国二十一世纪渔业发展的重要方向,它是摆脱近年来由于水域污染和水生物病害加剧带来的养殖水产品的产量与质量的下降而对渔业生产带来的相当负面影响的一个途径。在集约化水产养殖中,水中溶解氧是决定鱼类是否能够正常生长从而决定养殖效率的因素之一,由于单位水体的鱼密度较海洋中自然生长的鱼类密度大的多,海水水体的增氧问题尤为重要。因此研制增氧设备,保证水中充足的供氧成了水产养殖的核心内容之一。目前我国的增氧机种类繁多,但都存在这样或那样的缺点,因此,寻找高效节能的增氧方法,是实现规模化高密度水产养殖的迫切要求。 本文将传统上应用于临床心胸外科手术的膜式氧合器技术应用在水产养殖增氧过程中,提出了一种全新的水产养殖增氧途径。本文先对用于心脏旁路的SUU-1型膜肺的海水增氧实验,探讨了海水流量、空气流量、气液流量比和海水温度等操作参数对膜式氧合器海水增氧性能的影响,总结出膜式增氧规律。并在此基础上,对国内外四种聚丙烯中空纤维膜进行增氧性能测试,优选出性价比高的膜材料作为膜式增氧机用膜。根据鱼类的需氧量,计算出所需膜面积,设计出用于水产养殖的膜式氧合器,并组装完成一台膜式增氧机。通过在实验室小试和在山东荣成寻山牙鲆养殖车间的现场测试,证明此膜式增氧机达到了较好的增氧效果。研制成功的膜式增氧机已经申请了国家专利。
【Abstract】 Intensive hi-density fishery (IHDF) is the main and Promising method of ’21st efficbo facility fisheq and one soluton to the side effed of declining fisherydue to increasing Watr pollution and aquac diseases. In IHDF, dissolvedoxygen(DO) determines the viability of fish and fishery efficiency because thedensity of fish is much lH in the fishpond than in the naod habhat. Several membrane modules were designedand the author assembled a modeI machine fOr fishery After lab-scale and on-sPOttests in the fishery worshoP in Xunshan. Shandog. it was Proved tha the hi-efficiency of oxygen enrichment was obtained .The machine is under Way ofprocessing for application for state patent.
