【摘要】 企业实施ERP的目的是建立ERP管理系统。论文以管理系统变革与创新为出发点，从国内企业角度，分析了具有普遍性的实施问题，提出了“面向企业的ERP实施方法”初步的框架体系。 论文区分了两种实施概念，即狭义的实施和广义的实施概念，并指出ERP供应商实施方法论遵循的是狭义的实施概念，即企业从购买ERP软件起的实施活动。而广义的实施概念是指企业从正式提出建立ERP管理系统的要求起的全部实施活动。通过简要地讨论ERP实施的一般过程和ERP供应商的实施方法论，作者指出应以广义的实施概念为基础，建立以企业为主体的ERP实施方法。在分析和总结前人实施经验的基础上，论文提出了初步的实施概念模型、实施组织模型和实施过程模型。“面向企业的ERP实施方法”，将以企业为主体的ERP实施过程划分为八个实施阶段即：ERP管理系统概念模式构建、ERP合作伙伴选择、设施准备与培训、ERP管理系统定义、ERP管理系统运行环境准备、ERP管理系统运行准备、ERP管理系统持续改进阶段。论文分别对八个实施阶段进行了分析与讨论。 在论文的最后，也指出了本课题研究的不足之处。例如，ERP实施与企业文化、组织变革和BPR的关系等，为以后深入研究ERP实施方法，提供了有一定价值的思路和线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the management system change and innovation point of view, the paper analyzes a number of basic implementation problems, and gives the architecture of "Enterprise-Oriented ERP Implementation Method".The paper briefly deals with the problems of the Implementation Methodology of the ERP suppliers and the general implementation procedures. In addition, this paper pointed out the differences between the two concept of implemetation, which are intended implementation and extended implementation concept. By the analyzing and summing up the implementation experience of both the ERP consultants and enterprises, the paper proposes the initial implementation concept model, implementation organization model and implementation procedue model.The "Enterprise-oriented ERP Implementation Method" is based on extended implementation concept. The whole implementation procedure is divided into the following eight implementation phases: (1) ERP management system concept schema construction phase, (2) ERP partner choice phase, (3) Preparation facilities and education & training phase, (4) ERP management system definition phase, (5) ERP management system run environment construction phase, (6) ERP management system run preparation phase, (7) ERP management system conversion phase, (8) ERP management system continued-improvement phase.
