【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程的加快，城市地下基础设施建设面临巨大的发展。随着我国技术的进步，环保意识的加强，在发达国家广泛应用的地下管线非开挖技术正逐步在我国获得推广应用。与之对应的一个新兴产业，中国非开挖技术产业也必将随之而获得迅速的发展，并成为我国建筑业的一个新的经济增长点。由于非开挖技术产业与其它产业的高度关联，也将带动一些传统产业的发展。 为吸取历史的教训，确保中国非开挖技术产业的健康发展，避免走弯路，我国相关业界必须很好地学习国外非开挖技术产业发展的经验，结合我国的国情，有预测性地分析我国非开挖技术产业发展当中可能遇见的各种问题。从产业布局、技术政策、法律法规、市场培育、国际合作以及人才培养等多方面加以综合，并面向我国加入WTO的新形势，及时提出我国非开挖技术产业的发展战略。无疑，这一前瞻性的研究课题对于非开挖技术产业的发展具有重要的指导意义。 本文对中国非开挖技术产业发展模式进行了一些探索性研究，旨在提供产业发展模式的一些设想。全文共分四大部分：首先在分析目前中国非开挖技术产业现状的基础上，提出模式研究的必要性与重要性；其次阐述了产业发展模式研究的相关理论；第三部分对中国非开挖技术产业化进行了可行性分析；最后在对产业发展不同阶段论述的基础上，提出了中国非开挖技术产业发展模式——“官、产、学、研、商(金)”的“五元”驱动论。 本文的研究结果可为政府部门决策之用，同时，也可为产业部门以及学术研究机构寻求自身发展提供全新的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With acceleration of urbanization, urban infrastructure construction underground is feeing great development With advancement of technology and enhancement of environment protection consciousness, trenchless technology in pipeline construction which was widely used in developed countries is gaining application and dissemination step by step in China A burgenoing industry corresponding to this new technology, trenchless technology industry in China will also be bound to obtain quick development and become a technical point of growth in the field of construction. Because of high correlation between this industry and other ones, trenchless technology industry will impel some traditional industries to upgrate.To draw a historical lesson, to ensure normal development of trenchless technology industry in China and to avoid sidetrack, sectors of relative industries must carefully study the overseas developmental experiences of trenchless technology industry and must forecast different questions which may encounter during the development of trenchless technology industry, combining with Chinese real situatioa Developmental strategy of trenchless technology industry in China should be presented in time after relative sectors united industrial layout, technical policies, laws and regulations, establishment of the market system, international cooperation and personnel training and after they realized the newr situation which joining WTO will bring. Undoubtedly, the study subject with foresight has guiding significance to development of trenchless technology industry in China.This dissertation explores and envisages developmental modes for trenchless technology in China It is divided into 4 parts. Part 1 deals with the study necessity and importance on the basis of analysing present industry, part 2 introduces theories relative to developmental modes for industry, part 3 involves the feasibility study for trenchless technology industrialization in China, and part 4 presents the developmental modes on the basis of analysing the different developmental phases for trenchless technology in China-five-unit driving theory consists of government industry, academy, R/D sector and market(capital).The study result may supply the government with policies and at the same time, may supply industries and R/D sectors with new developmental modes.更多还原
