【摘要】 由于钢铁业的成熟和攀钢二期工程的建成，攀钢钢铁规模不再扩大，战略重点将转移到产品的结构调整和优化，以实现钢铁板块的集约化经营。公司将人力、物力、财力转向资源的综合利用，以培育新的经济增长点，实现攀钢的第三次腾飞。然而结构优化何去何从?资源的综合利用的可行性如何?本论文在调研的基础上，综合论述了国内外煤化工发展的现状；运用战略分析和选择的理论和方法，对煤化工公司的内部环境的优势与弱点和外部环境的机会与威胁进行了深入分析；提出了战略发展规划的主体方向和具体措施。结论表明煤化工公司具有很好的外部机会和较强的优势，理当成为攀钢近中期发展的重点。其研究成果对煤化工公司的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the maturity of our steel and iron industry and the accomplishment of Pang Gang’s Second Phase Project, the scale of Pang Gang will be expanded no more. Its strategic stress will be transferred to adjustment and optimization of the product structure, so as to realize the intensive operation of steel and iron products. The company will transfer manpower, material and financial resources onto the synthetic use of the resources so as to develop a new economic growth for Pang Gang’s third leap forward. Now the problem is how to optimize Pang Gang’s structure and how to carry on the synthetic use of the resources.This paper, based on the intensive investigation and synthetic review of the coal and chemical industry home and abroad, employs the theory and methodology of strategic analysis and selection to make an intensive analysis of the internal advantage and disadvantage as well as the external opportunity and threat. The study brings out the conclusion that the Coal and Chemical Company has superior external opportunity and advantages. It has every reason to become the key project of Pang Gang’s middle-phase development. This paper presents the major ideas of strategic development planning and concrete measures, the investigation findings will provide theoretical basis and practical guides to the development of the Coal and Chemical Company.更多还原
