【摘要】 建立适应社会主义市场经济要求的新型银企关系是国有企业和国有商业银行改革的重要内容。本文回顾了国有银企关系的发展历程，分析了二者关系在经济转轨时期存在的主要问题及产生的原因。通过对国际上几种主要银企关系模式进行比较、分析和借鉴后，总结出建立市场导向型银企关系应遵循的几项原则，并就不同类型国有企业与国有商业银行关系的构建进行了各有侧重的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Establishing new bank & enterprise relationship suitable to socialistic market economy is an important part of state-owned enterprises reform and state-owned commercial banks reform. Beginning with looking back at the development process of the relationship, the article analyzes the main problems of the relationship and reasons in the process of economic transition. By comparing, analyzing and with references of several international bank & enterprise relationship modes, the article summarizes the principles which should be followed in establishing market-oriented bank & enterprise relationship, meanwhile explores how to construct different new relationship between state-owned enterprises and state-owned commercial banks.更多还原
