通脑灵合剂治疗脑血栓急性期临床及实验研究

【摘要】 目的：论文系统回顾了中西医防治脑血栓形成的文献资料，根据导师杨廷光教授治疗中风病经验，制成通脑灵合剂，通过临床及实验观察，探讨其作用机理。 方法：1．观察该药对急性期脑血栓患者神经功能缺损、临床疗效、梗塞灶体积、并发症、证型与疗效间关系、血液流变、出凝血时间、血脂、血浆NO、血栓素（TXB₂）、6-Ket-PG_1a、D-二聚体等的影响。2．观察该药对实验动物血液流变、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）等的影响。 结果：发现通脑灵合剂能够显著降低急性期脑血栓患者神经功能缺损积分值，总有效率90％，并能显著缩小梗塞灶，减少并发症发生率，改善血液流变，降低血脂，适度延长出凝血时间，降低过高的血浆NO、TXB₂，升高6-Ket-PG_1a、D-二聚体水平，与对照组比P＜0.05。同时发现该药主要适用于中风病急性期实热证。动物实验也表明该药能改善血流变，升高SOD活性，降低MDA水平，P＜0.05。 结论：通脑灵合剂对急性期脑血栓实热证有较好的临床疗效，且口服方便，是一种安全高效、速效中药新制剂，具有进一步开发研究的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:The paper reviews the of treatment for cerebral thrombosis by modem medicine and traditional Chinese medicine . Based on the professor Yang Tingguang s experienced decotions curing apoplexy ,we produce Tongnaoling mixture. The paper attempted to probe the action mechanism ?the study of effect of Tongnaling mixture on experimented animal and clinical observation to pations with acute cerebral thrombosis. Method:l. To observe the effect of Tongnaling mixture on the defeciency of nerve system?s effect, cerebral ischemic volume, complication, the relationship between differentiation of syndromes and curative effect, hemorheology, bleeding time, coagulation time, plasma lipids, plasmaNO, plaswaTXB2, PLASMA6 et--PG1a and plasma Dimer of the pations with cerebral thomosis. 2. To obseserve the effect of this drug on hemorheoloy, SOD and MDA of brain tissue experimented animals. Result:The research indicated that Tongnaling mixture can obviously diminish the score of deficiency nerve system s function of the pantion with acute cerebral thrombosis, and total effective rate 90 percent , at the same time,reduce complication, improve hemorheology, decrease plasma lipids, prolong bleeding time and coagulation time, decrease plasma NO and TXB2, increase plasma 6etG1Q and Dimer. Compared to control group p<O.05. It also found that Tongnaling mixture adapt mainly for sthenic heat yndrom of acute cerebral thrombosis. The result of research also showed that Tongnaling mixture could improve hemorheology, increase SOD?s activity of brain tissue, decrease MDA of brain tissue of experimented animal. Compared to control group p<O. 05. Conclusion: Tongnaling mixtuer has value on treating acute cerebral thrombosis. It mainly adapt for sthenic heat yndrom of cerebral thrombosis and is worth to studied further.更多还原
