《针灸甲乙经》用穴研究

【摘要】 《针灸甲乙经》一书汇集了大量针灸治疗内容，对我国针灸医学的发展具有深远的影响。本课题首先阐述了它在针灸学发展过程中的地位及其研究意义，总结、分析了它的研究现状；并选取卷七至卷十二的针灸治疗内容为主要研究对象，以计算机为手段对它的处方用穴进行整理并作频次统计。在进一步的研究中，首先确定其针灸处方的概念，然后分析其处方用穴的特点，探索其配穴规律并分析其理论基础，并以头痛证为例具体地分析古人用穴的思路，以期为临床治疗选穴提供方法和理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 ZHEN JIU JIA YI JING collected plentiful therapeutic records on acupuncture and moxibustion (A&M), and had profound and lasting influence. This subject firstly sets forth its research significance and position during the developing course of A&M medicine, sums up and analyses the present situation of research. Volume seven to twelve of ZHEN JIU JIA YI JING which embraced therapeutic records are selected as object of study. I regulates and analyses its prescriptions and points by computer. Based on this, the subject discusses the conception of A&M prescription in the book, analyses characteristics of the prescriptions and points’ chosen. The rules of points cooperation and prescriptions are discussed as an important role as well as its theory bases just for clinical reference, and I try to find the ancients’ train of thought by researching headache treatment, which are hoped to be beneficial to A&M medicine.更多还原
