中药泽泻的生药学研究

【摘要】 《中药泽泻的生药学研究》课题是国家“九五”攻关专题子课题《泽泻质量标准规范化研究》中的部分研究内容。泽泻是常用中药之一,但到目前为止,药材的品质评价仍局限在性状、显微,不能有效地控制临床用药的质量。本研究目的,就是在中医理论的指导下综合利用现代中药化学、药理、仪器分析等多种实验技术,确定泽泻的标准物质,再在此基础上开展广泛的研究,建立新的泽泻药材质量标准,确保泽泻临床用药安全有效。 生药鉴定的研究结果表明,福建、四川、江西等地泽泻的来源是东方泽泻Alisma orientalis(Sam.)Juzep.的干燥块茎。而广西产泽泻的来源是窄叶泽泻Alisma canaliculatum A.Braunet Bouche的干燥块茎。紫外、红外光谱研究结果表明,正品泽泻甲醇提取液在204.1±0.5nm处有紫外吸收峰,水提液在3402、2933、1642、1406、1054和927cm-1波数处有红外吸收峰,可区别混淆品。薄层色谱的研究结果表明。以23-乙酰泽泻醇B为对照品,薄层色谱中正品泽泻在与对照品相同的位置,显相同颜色的斑点,可与混淆品区别。泽泻的HPLC指纹图谱,约有10个峰,色谱峰保留时间相对稳定,而比值变化较大,在40.25min处有23-乙酰泽泻醇B的特征吸收峰。定量分析结果显示:以四月采的 对川十以规1毕业*等学人在m叶山河1上学me三 中药泽泻的主药学研史 泽泻、烘干的泽泻、酒制的炮制品、四川产泽泻中23一乙酸泽泻 醇B的含量较高;泽泻中23一乙酸泽泻醇B的含量指标以不低于 0.0 4%为限。另外,微量元素的测定结果表明:泽泻含 16种微量 元素。

【Abstract】 The subject of studies on species and quality evaluation of Rhizoma Alismatis was come from apart of the Standardization Study of Rhizoma Alismatis Quality Standard. The research works were divided into three aspects, which included the literatures research; the research of species and quality evaluation of Rhizoma Alismatis and the quality research of standard. The results of identification of species demonstrated that the Rhizoma Alismatis of producing Sichuan, Fujian and jiangxi is the diy rhizome of Alisma orientalis (Sam.) Juzep.; Rhizoma Alismatis of producing Guangxi is the dry rhizome of Alisma canaliculatum A.Braun et Bouche. The results of determination of UV and IR shown that the solution of methanol extraction of good Zexie absorbed in 204. l+0.5nm in UV spectrum, the dry substance of water extraction of good Zexie absorbed in 3402、2933 l642、14O6、1054 and 927cn< in IR spectl-ul-n .They are different from the spectrum of Zexie of producing Guangxi and Sichuan Nanchong. The results of thin-layer chromatography should have the spots of 23-alisol B rnonoacetate .The result of chromatographic fingerprint of HPLC shown that good Zexie has the ten peaks of fingerprint .The 4 retention time of characteristic peak of 23-alisol B monoacetate is 40.25 minute. The retention time of every peak is stable time. But the retention time of ratio of every peak is changeable. I-IPLC was used to determine the content of Zexie including different collection time, different method of dry, different the process of preparing, different producing areas and origin .The results shown that the content of 23-alisol B monoacetate is higher in Zexie of collection in April, process of preparing with wine, producing Sichuan. The content of 23-alisol B monoacetate of Zexie should exceed the content limit of 0.04%. The results of determining trace element shown Zexie contains 16 kinds of trace elements.
