论企业虚拟化及虚拟经营策略

【摘要】 经济的快速发展及以信息技术为核心的新技术的发展，正迅速地改变我们的世界。经济全球化，给我国企业提出了更高的要求。加入WTO之后，我国经济发展将受到巨大的冲击。网络时代的到来，又给我们提供了新的机遇。在这种情况下，我国企业应把握经济发展的趋势，积极研究和实践虚拟经营的策略。本文从对企业经济环境的分析出发，提出我国企业面临的问题。通过理论及实例分析，指出解决问题的途径——企业虚拟化，并由此进一步探讨了虚拟经营的策略。 本文分五个章节。第一章从理论上分析了虚拟企业的形成机理及其产生的必然性；第二章阐述虚拟企业的特点及优势；第三章论述了如何构建和管理虚拟企业；第四章介绍国内外企业虚拟经营的实践及对我国企业的借鉴意义；第五章探讨了企业虚拟经营的策略，重点强调了企业在关键环节建立核心优势和文化整合的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the economy and the new technology in which information technology is a core world are swiftly changing .The globalization of economy has put forward higher demand to us. With the pace towards WTO, the development of China’s economy will be affected greatly. The advent of net economy also bring us many opportunity. In such condition, Chinese enterprises should seize the opportunity and go with the tide of economy development. We should study and practice virtual manage actively. In this thesis, I have first analyzed the economic environment of enterprise. Then I have posed the problem that faces the Chinese enterprises. By way of theory and practice analyze, I have advanced that the method to solve the problem is enterprise’s virtualization. At last, I have discussed the tactics of the virtual management. The thesis has five parts. In the fist session, I expound the principle of the shape and necessity emergence of virtual enterprise. In the second session, I set forth the characteristic and superiority of virtual enterprise. In the third session, I discuss how to I; 11 Oft1 mono PmPnt Ienr,cn the forth sess on, I have introduced the practice of virtual management of enterprise internal and external and it抯 significance of our enterprise for reference.
