矿权交易和矿权资本研究

【摘要】 随着市场经济的发展，矿业经济中矿业权制度越来越成为影响矿业经济发展的瓶颈问题。1996年修订的《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》和98年国务院颁布的三个配套法规，拉开了我国新矿业经济的序幕。但在实际运行中还存在许多有待完善的地方，本文采用理论和实证相结合的方法，结合地质和经济理论，对矿产资源资产产权、矿业权、以及矿业权评价对象阐述了自己的观点。并从资本理论出发，提出了矿业权资本化建议，以矿业权为“激活点”，结合具体案例分析，进行矿业权资本经营来发展矿业经济，对目前出现的问题提出了具体解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the market economics, mining authority system increasingly became the choke-point problem affecting the mining economics. The revised Mineral Resource Law of the People Republic of China promulgated in 1996 and the corresponding three rules is sued in 1998, established the new onset of mining economics in our country. However, there are many aspects needed to be further perfected in practical action, some disputed questions are preliminarily discussed in this thesis based on the theory in combination with the practical examples. Combining theories of geolgy and economics ,the paper illustrates its own opinion on assets of mineral resources,mining property rights as well as assessment object of mining ringhts.It also puts forward a suggestion of capitalizing mining rights in light of capital theory. Through case analysis ,it is suggested that capital operation of mining rights be carried out to develop mining economy with mining rights as ctivating point?Specific solutions to present problems are offered.更多还原
