微机继电保护抗干扰研究

【摘要】 继电保护在电力系统的安全运行中扮演着非常重要的角色。微机继电保护的出现,对装置的安装、试验和运行维护带来了很多便利,同时也为继电保护的现代管理提供了重要的物质基础。但除保护装置本体外,装置所处的发电厂、变电站的运行环境没有变化,严酷的强电磁对微机保护装置的可靠性带来了很大的威胁。微机保护装置如何与发电厂、变电站的电磁环境相协调,日益成为工程技术人员关注的一个重要问题。 本文采用与IEC61000-4-4标准相配套的NSG1025型快速瞬态/脉冲群发生器,以四方公司第三代微机继电保护为基础,从电磁兼容的角度出发,模拟微机继电保护装置在电磁骚扰作用下的行为。通过试验,以试验结果为依据,结合抗干扰理论的分析和研究,提出微机继电保护装置抗干扰的若干结论。

【Abstract】 AbstractThe protection plays an important role in the power system’s safe operation. With the invention of microcomputer-based protection, protection device provides much advantage for mount, test, operation, an important base for the modem management of the protection. However, with the exception of the device itself, the operation environment of the power plant and the power substation in which the protection device works has no changes. The harsh electromagnetic environment seriously threatens the microcomputer-based protection. It becomes a serious problem concerned by the engineers and technicians about how to mediate the operation environment with the microcomputer-based protection.With consideration of EMC ,this paper adopts NSG1O25 ?Fast transient/burst interference?generator coordinated with the IEC6 1000-44 standard to simulate the action of the protection device operating in the electromagnetic disturbance environment. By testing, this paper draws some conclusions about raising anti-interference ability of protection device from the test results and the analysis.
