维生素D3对青年蛋鸡骨代谢的影响及中药对笼养蛋鸡骨质疏松症的防治

【摘要】 175只10周龄伊莎蛋鸡,随机分为5组,分别饲喂添加维生素D为0、100、200、500、1000IU每公斤的日粮10周。实验期间每隔2周同步测定血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、骨矿含量及体重。实验开始及结束杀鸡取胫骨跖骨,进行组织学检查。 结果表明,维生素D对血钙、血磷无显著影响(P>0.05);维生素D不足或过量都会导致BMC下降,且差异显著(P<0.05);维生素D对AKP的影响也较显著,200IU组的AKP显著低于500IU组(P<0.05)、极显著低于0、1000IU组(P<0.01);BGP水平与日粮维生素D含量呈负相关。降钙素水平各组之间差异不显著。骨组织学检查显示:实验开始时,青年蛋鸡皮质骨、骨小梁正常;实验结束时,低维生素D组和高维生素D组皮质骨都出现了不同程度的吸收腔增多的现象,且严重程度与维生素D缺乏或过量程度呈正相关性。 结论:1)当日粮中维生素D不足或过量都会对青年蛋鸡骨骼造成伤害。 2)每公斤含200IU维生素D的日粮对骨发育最适宜。

【Abstract】 Effect of VD3 on Bone Metabolism of Young Layer175 10-wk-old ISA hens were randomly allocated to one of five levels ofVD3:0~ 100.. 200.. 500 and I000IU per KG diet respectively. Birds were fed the diets for 10 weeks during which blood sample were collected every 2 weeks to analyze for blood calcium, blood phosphorus ,akkaline phosphatase(AKP), bone Gla protein(BGP), calcitonion(CT), tibia bone mineral content(BMC) and body weight were mensurated at the same time At beginning and end of the experiment, five hens of the five levels dietary VD3 groups were killed and tibias were collected for histopathological research.There were no significant variety among different dietary VD3 groups in blood calcium, phosphorus, CT(P>0.05). But the lack or excess of dietary VD3 can lead to declining of BMC, and the variety was significant (P<0.05). AKP of 2001U group was significantly low compared to 0, 500 and 1000IU groups(P<0.05). BGP was negative correlative to VD3 in diets. The research based on histopathological and histomophometry revealed that hens?cortex bone and bone trabecula was normal at the beginning. At the end, there were different grades resorption cavities on the surface of cortex bone in the groups of lack or excessive VD3.In conclusion, no matter what the VD3 is lack or excessive will damage to the bone of young layer;2001U-VD3/Kg diet is best for the growth of young layer.
