波普的知识增长理论与现代知识经济

【摘要】 波普的知识增长理论在波普科学哲学研究中居于核心地位。这一理论是波普从“波普问题”出发，对归纳法和逻辑实证主义的静态知识结构分析进行严厉批判后，而构筑的以猜想——反驳为增长途径的科学知识增长的动态模式。整个理论浓缩于P₁→TT→EE→P₂……四段图式中，其中第二段和第三段即是猜想与反驳，是知识增长的关键性环节。 波普的知识增长理论是其方法论猜想——反驳在其知识本体论——世界3中的理论体现。波普认为，科学知识属于世界3领域，科学知识的增长实际上是世界3的丰富和扩展。世界3的客观性、实在性和自主性为猜想——反驳提供了基础源泉和内驱力，致使知识持续增长、不断创新。 笔者认为，波普的知识增长理论与现代知识经济社会具有内在联系。“知识经济”是建立在知识基础上，以知识、信息的生产、分配和使用为基础的社会形态。正是知识的客观性、自主性、无限增长性及增殖性，为知识经济社会注入了生机和活力，使其实现了资源共享和交流，快速增长和创新，同时波普的知识增长理论为我们理解知识经济社会所呈现出知识化、全球化、递增性和可持续性特点提供了新的途径。另外，波普知识增长理论所蕴含的批判精神、开放精神、创新精神及重视问题的精神，对我们迎接知识经济的来临具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Popper c theory on the knowledge growth plays a key role in his scientific philosophic study . This theo,3 starting from 7popper ~ Question, criticizes the knowledge growth theory of induction and logic positivism, and constructs the moving pattern of the science knowledge growth by means of supposition and refutation. This four-part pattern P1 桾T梸EE 梸P2 is the epitome of the whole theoiy among which, the second part and the third part symbolizing supposition and refutation, are the most important parts in [he know ledge growth. Popper ~ theory on the knowledge growth is the theoretical development of its methodology such as supposition and refutation in his knowledge ontology 梩he third world. In Popper ~?opinion,science belongs to the third world and science growth is actually the enlargement and development of the third world. Jmpersonalisn2, somethingness and independent, character of the third world provide the basic origin and internal drive for supposition and refutation so as to make the knowledge grow and create constantly. I think that there is internal relationship between popper c theory on knowledge growth and the modern knowledge economic society The knowledge economic, built up on the basis of knowledge, is a kind qf social formation based on the production, allotment and use of knowledge information.
