基于INTERNET/INTRANET环境的产品数据管理系统的研究

【摘要】 传统的新产品设计开发过程已经不能适应现实的需求。现代市场由封闭型向开放型转变,这就要求制造的主体—企业必须快速响应市场,以立于竞争的不败之地。为了适应多品种、小批量、制造过程离散、生产周期短的新格局,产品和工艺的设计方法面临着新的课题。产品数据管理(PDM)用于管理所有与产品相关的信息和所有与产品相关的过程。它能有效地组织和管理产品数据从概念设计、计算分析、详细设计、工艺流程设计、加工制造、销售维护至产品消亡整个生命周期。将PDM与INTERNET/INTRANET二者有效地结合起来,从而为企业赢得市场竞争提供最为有力的手段。 本文首先分析了产品数据管理(PDM)技术及INTERNET/INTRANET技术,根据合肥美菱集团有限责任公司技术中心的要求,研制开发了面向企业级的产品数据管理系统(ML-PDM),详细介绍了此系统的总体结构设计及其关键技术的设计,以及基于PDM的并行工程设计。最后针对ML-PDM存在的不足,提出了基于浏览器的PDM系统的解决办法。
【Abstract】 The traditional model of new product design and development has been inappropriate to the actual requirement~ .~n enterprise ?the mainstay of manufacture, is forced to make a quick re~nse to the changing market is in the transition from the closing to opening one: Product and technological design is facing new problems to keep abreast of ~w pattern of varied products, small batches, dispersive manufacturing process ~d short production cycle. PDM is applied to manage all of information and pri~~ss with regard to product. It will be able to gather and manage product data effk~黺 in the entire life cycle of product ranging from design ideas, computation an~ .minufacturing, sale, maintenance to withdrawal of product. The succes~) combination of PDM and INTERNET/INTRAANET will provide the 憕ost powerful competitive edge for companies to win the market. The paper begins with analyses of PDM ~ YTERNET/INTRANET techniques. According to requirements made by the Tec::-~o~v Center of Hefei Meiling Group Ltd., it develops product data management sy :眫 (ML-PDM) adapted to enterprises, and gives a minute description on design of th~ ?~rall structure and key technology of the system and design of Concurrent enginee~-眫 ~ise on PDM as well. Finally, the paper offers solution of PDM system on th~ :~.sis of browser in accordance with drawbacks of ML-PDM.
