基于LON总线技术的暖通空调控制系统

【摘要】 本论文共分六章,从最基本的现场总线概念到整个系统的规划设计,以及暖通空调现场总线控制系统的硬件、软件的开发,笔者力图给出全面、详细的设计思路。 文章首先对现场总线的概念、历史背景、发展现状、特点和优点进行了概述,另外介绍了有影响力的几种现场总线,并对现场总线的发展进行了展望。 然后本文围绕LonWorks技术,包括的硬件结构、软件组成和开发工具三大部分进行了阐述。LonWorks技术的硬件系统主要由Neuron芯片节点系统和网络连接的硬件设备组成。前者是基本的信息处理单元,后者则构成了整个总线网络的骨架。LonWorks的软件则为LonTalk通信协议和Neuron C语言编译器。LonTalk通信协议用来信息服务和网络管理;Neuron C是Neuron芯片节点的开发语言。基于Lon技术的控制网络的开发工具为LonBuilder开发系统,它集成了一整套用于开发基于Lon技术控制网络的工具。 在第三、四章中,则阐述了暖通空调系统的工艺、原理与控制要求,对控制任务进行了抽象。并进行了整体方案的设计,论述了一个基本控制系统的结构,和一个大型的现场总线系统的组成。 论文的最后两章详尽的论述了暖通空调控制系统的硬件和软件设计,系统的硬件由温湿度控制器、开关量控制器、智能阀组成。软件设计主要包括两部分:第一部分是LonWorks网络中固化在节点内部的Neuron C程序,用来完成节点本身的功能。第二部分则是PC机控制组态软件和管理软件,用户使用组态软件能够非常方便、直观的组建期望的各种功能。管理软件则为用户提供了日常操作的平台。
【Abstract】 In this paper, I try to bring the completed and detailed idea of design of the whole air-conditioning Fieldbus control system hardware and software. At first, I give the summarization of the concept, history and background, developed status, characteristic and merit of Fieldbus. Furthermore, several kinds of important Fieldbus are introduced and the perspective of Fieldbus is brought out. In the following parts, this paper expatiates the three major parts of the LonWorks, namely: the hardware structure, the composing of software and the exploiting tools .The hardware system of LonWorks is mainly composed of the node system and the LON network. The software of LonWorks is made up of Lonlalk communication protocol and Neuron C language. LonTalk is used to provide information service and manage the LON network. Neuron C is the developing language of Neuron chip node, LonBuilder developing system is a complete set of tool which is used to develop the control system based on Lon technology. In the fourth and fifth chapter, I expatiate the technics, principle and control task of air-conditioning. Then I give the design of the whole project and expatiate the construct of a base control system and the composing of a large Fieldbus system. The end of this paper dwells on hardware and software design of the air-conditioning system.
