圆筒件拉深的力学分析及极限拉深系数的优化

【摘要】 圆筒件的拉深是一种重要的板料成形方法,从变形力学上看,由毛坯成形为成品是一个复杂过程。目前,圆筒件的拉深工艺计算大多利用极限拉深系数mc(极限拉深比的倒数,即)来判定实际需要的拉深次数,而极限拉深系数mc则是在某一特定的实验条件下试验出来的经验数据。这些实验条件包括:工件及坯料尺寸、材质、模具圆角半径、润滑状况和压边情况等等。对于实际生产中的每一次设计来说,这些条件是有差异的。在圆筒件的拉深实践中,虽然理论分析与经验积累已为工艺方案的制定提供了依据与原则,但这仅规定了选择参数的大致范围。在可行域内,参数的选择仍依靠经验。一组工艺参数,往往能够保证工艺过程的可行,但并不能保证其最优,不能确保成形过程省力、省功、柔性并达到节约材料、提高工件性能的目的。因此,进行圆筒件极限拉深系数的优化设计十分必要。 目前,国内外对极限拉深系数进行的研究较多,文献中详细地总结了板料成形中圆筒件极限拉深系数的若干影响因素,并基于最大承载原则提出了一些计算圆筒件极限拉深系数的实用公式。但是,利用计算机对极限拉深系数进行优化设计的报道仍较少。 本文在利用国内外各种文献的基础上,总结出了计算圆筒件拉深过程中危险断面最大拉应力的公式,并据此建立了一个合理的数学模型,再利用复合形法对圆筒件极限拉深系数进行了优化。
【Abstract】 Cup-drawing is one of the important operations in sheet metal forming. As viewed from deformation and mechanics, cup-drawing of a cylindrical cup is a complex process. Now, the plastic instability of cup drawing of a cylindrical cup is usually measured by the limiting drawing parameter, yet, the limiting drawing parameter is experience data based on a particular experiment condition. These conditions include: dimension of workpiece and blank, character of material, radius of the die arc and punch, situation of lubricate and press edge, etc. These conditions are different in different design of practical produce. Although theory analysis and experience accumulation provide a principle for drawing up a plan of a technology in the cup drawing of a cylindrical cup, this only provide a range of choice process variables. In this range, the choice of variables still depend on experience. A set of variables can often make the process feasible, but can’t make it best, can’t make it save effort, save effect, flexible and save material, and also can’t improve the property of workpiece. Thus, the optimization design for the limiting drawing parameter of the cup-drawing process is very necessary. At present, there are many researches on the limiting drawing parameter in internal and external. Several affect factors of cylinder part limiting drawing parameter in deep-drawing were summarized in detail. Some new and practically applicable equations for estimating the limiting drawing parameter in the cup-drawing of a cylindrical cup with a flat-nosed punch are derived separately based on the load-maximum principle for localization of the plastic flow. But the reports of optimization design for the limiting drawing parameter using computer are few.<WP=24>In this article, an equation for estimating the maximum drawing load in the cup-drawing of a cylindrical cup is derived based on all kinds of references, and a reasonable mathematical model is developed. An optimization design for the limiting drawing parameter is presented using complex method.
