【摘要】 当今企业运行的环境出现了极大的变化，全球化、信息化、市场化是其三大特征。环境的变化引起了企业生产范式由大规模生产向大规模定制的转变。范式转换呼唤结构转变。集功能特点专长化、存在形式离散化、运作方式合作化及运行结果集成化于一体的虚拟企业将能实现企业自身的定制，从而与大规模定制的生产范式相适应。虚拟企业是企业为与环境相协调而不断演变的逻辑结果，是对传统组织理论的否定与突破，又与当今最新的管理思潮相一致。虚拟化是企业组织演变的必然趋势。虚拟企业可以解决当前困扰中国企业的结构性问题，又能在经济全球化中提高我国企业的国际竞争力，应当成为中国企业的组织模式选择。我国企业可以通过企业功能核心化、企业群体的网络化来构建虚拟企业，通过完善信息网络、知识网络、物流网络与契约网络等为虚拟企业的运营提供现实的支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today Corporations’ operating environment appears huge changes. Its character is globalization, information and marketing. Environment changes cause the corporations’ manufacture made transform from Mass Production to Mass Customization. Model conversion demands structure conversion. Virtual corporations that characterized by function being special, from being scattered and operating matter being cooperated can carry out corporations’ own customization. Thereby, It’s on speaking terms with the manufacture model of mass customization. Virtual corporations are the logic results that corporations and environment are harmonized and organization structure evolved. Also it deny and breaks through the traditional organization theory, and is in accord with the up-to-date management thoughts. Virtual corporations are the necessary trend of corporation organization’s evolution. Virtual corporations not only can solve the structure problems that trouble the corporation in China, but also can improve international competitions in China, while the economy are being globalization. It should become the choice of corporations’ organization model in China. The corporations in China can made up virtual corporations through corporations’ function being core and corporation group being network, also sustain virtual corporation operating by bettering information network, knowledge network, substance following network and contract network.更多还原
