复健胶囊治疗AICD后遗症的临床与实验研究

【摘要】 本课题在系统回顾中外文献及总结多年临床经验的基础上，提出肝肾阴亏是中风后遗症的主要病机，治疗当以滋补肝肾为要，并从实验和临床两方面研究了复健胶囊治疗中风后遗症的部分作用机理和临床效果。实验部分选用Wistar大鼠作为实验动物，采用Koizumi氏血管内插线法造成局灶脑缺血模型。结果表明：复健胶囊可显著改善实验大鼠神经系统症状，并可明显改善实验大鼠的血液流变学指标，降低MDA的含量，提高血清GSH、GSH-Px、VitE含量，增加脑内bFGF、VEGF、PDGF表达、缩小梗塞体积；临床部分采用全国脑病协作组第6次会议通过的《中风病中医诊断标准》作为中医诊断标准，参照1995年中华医学会第4次全国脑血管病学术会议第3次修订的《各类脑血管病诊断要点》作为西医诊断标准，选择60例AICD后遗症病人，随机分为治疗组和对照组，结果显示，治疗组总有效率83.33％，对照组56.67％，两组有显著差异（P＜O.05），治疗组不仅可显著改善患者神经功能缺损症状，改善阴虚证候，提高BI、MMSE评分，且可显著提高ISI，改善rCBF。本课题为AICD后遗症的治疗，提供了新的治疗办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on systematically review of bibliography and many years clinical experi-. en~ , the theory that insufficiency of liver and kidney ?essence is the main path- methanism of the sequela of AICD were put forward. Thus the therapeutic priciple should he supplementing the liver and kidney ?essence. The therapeutic effects and parts of underlying mechanism of Fujian capsule were studied clinically and experimen- tally in the research. In experimental study , the MCD models were established with wistar rats with the method of Koizumi?s The results showed that the capsule has obvi- ous functions in improving the symptoms of NS, improving the index of hemorrhcology, reducing the level of MDA, raising the level of GSH~ GSH Px~VitE, raising the level of bFGF~VEGF~PDGF in brain, reducing the volume of infart. In clinical study,60 pa- tients with the sequela of MCD were randomly divided into 2 groups : Fulian capsule treating group and control group. All the 60 cases observed were diagnosed according to the Diagnostic Standard of the Celebral Disease Cooperation Group of the National TCM Administration Bureau. The results showed that total effective rate was 83.33% in treating group and 56.67% in control group. Fu Jian Capsule has evident effects in im- proving the patients clinical symptoms amd the scores of BI and MMSE, raising the 151, improving the level of rCBF.
