中药防治糖尿病性视网膜病变新生血管形成的机理研究

【摘要】 目的 对益气养血、滋阴补阳、散瘀化痰中药糖目清袋泡剂防治糖尿病性视网膜病变新生血管形成的作用机理进行探讨。 方法 以中药糖目清袋泡剂为治疗组，并设糖脉康颗粒剂作为对照，进行临床观察和动物实验研究。 结果 临床观察治疗组30例，总有效率为94.92％，用药前后OPS总幅值明显提高、血浆ET—1含量显著降低，明显优于对照组（p＜0.01）。动物实验证明该药能够降低糖尿病大鼠血糖，减少血清及眼组织ET-1、IGF-2含量，提高血清SOD活性，与对照组相比具有显著差异（p＜0.01，p＜0.05）。 结论 说明中药糖目清袋泡剂具有较好的改善视网膜缺血缺氧状态、提高视功能、防止新生血管生成的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: This thesis does a preliminary study on the effects on the prevention and curing the retinal lesion of diabetes and the forming of Neovascularization by using the Tang Mu Qing bag soaking medicine. METHODS: We have done the clinical observe and animal experiments by using Tang Mu Qing and comparing another group with Tang Mai Kang. RESULTS: Clinical surveying and treating for 30 patients and animal experimants and comparing another group using Tang Mai Kang medicine, we got the total effective rates of Tang Mu Qing respectively 94.92% ,81.67% and it’s obviously different. Comparing the other group, the OPS total value of the treated group were enhanced obviously and the confining quantity of ET-lof blood reduced a lot (p<0.01).It is proved by the animal experimants that this medicine can reduce the blood sugar of the rates which suffering the diabetes, and decrease ET-1, IGF-2 in the serum and in the eye organization. It’s quite different comparing with the other group(p<O.01 ,p<0.O5). CONCLUSIONS: All above proved that this medicine has a good effect on improving the status of lacking blood and oxygen of the retina.enhancing the eyesighe and preventing from the forming of neovasctdarization.更多还原
