【摘要】 利用外商直接投资，参与国际产业分工与合作是当代经济全球化的重要标志和区域经济发展的必然趋势。本文以中国改革开放廿年福建利用外商直接投资这一重大实践活动为研究对象，着重对其发生发展的背景、进程、特征、动因、影响及局限等方面作较为深入的探讨，揭示出福建利用外商直接投资与福建经济社会发展之间的内在联系。本文认为：改革开放廿年福建准确把握历史机遇，充分发挥现存优势，努力克服自身局限，有效地利用了外商直接投资，成功地探索出走外向型经济发展的道路。这对经济落后区域如何寻求适合自身特点的经济发展战略模式具有重要借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The utilization of foreign direct investment (FDI) and the participation in international industrial division and cooperation are the significant symbols of contemporary economic globalization and the inexorable trend of regional economic development.This thesis uses Fujian’s utilization of FDI, the significant practice during score years’reform and open of China as the object of study. It emphatically probes into the background,processes,features,causes,influences and limitations of its occurance and development to reveal the internal relations between Fujian’s utilization of FDI and its economic and social development.This thesis holds that,during score years’feform and open, Fujian has correctly seized the historical opportunity,fully given play to extant advantages,tried to overcome the limitations, effectively utilized FDI ,and successfully found out the path of developing export-oriented economy. It can be used by undeveloped areas for important reference to explore suitable strategical system for developing economy.更多还原
