AF/PSTM双功能尖振动模式技术研究

【摘要】 光子扫描隧道显微镜(PSTM)是一种特殊的光学显微镜,它利用全内反射产生的隐失场成像,打破了传统光学显微镜衍射极限的限制,实现了纳米水平的分辨率。它不仅可以观测样品的表面形貌,而且可以测量样品的微区折射率分布情况。但是常规PSTM系统的图像混杂了形貌和光学性质信息。 本文围绕AF/PSTM的原理和实验研究进行论述。开始介绍了常规PSTM的缺陷,原子力显微镜(AFM)控制方式的优点,AF/PSTM系统的原理和意义。然后综述了已有SNOM/PSTM系统的控制方式,分析了AF/PSTM系统关键部件振动机构和弯曲光纤尖所需性能。介绍了扫描频率电路及应用,综述了振动机构的分类,弯曲光纤尖的制作及特性,并给出了本AF/PSTM系统中的振动机构、弯曲光纤尖的制作方法的改进。最后给出了此系统的各部分介绍,和扫描得到图像以及分析。

【Abstract】 Photon Scanning Tunneling Microscope (PSTM), which detected evanescent wave through frustrated total internal reflection, is one kind of special optical microscope. It has successfully extended the resolution of conventional optical microscope beyond the diffraction limit, achieved nanometer resolution. PSTM not only can be used to image the surface of sample, but also can be used to determine the local index of refraction. The images obtained by a normal PSTM are affected by both the topography and optical characters of samples.This thesis is about the research work of the principle and techniques related to AF/PSTM.. First, the disadvantage of the normal PSTM, the advantage of the control mode of AFM, and the principles of AF/PSTM were introduced. Second, the control methods of the SNOM and PSTM that had been presented were described. The most important parts of AF/PSTM system, the vibrating mechanism and the curving optical fiber probe, were discussed. The system of scanning frequency, and its appliance were introduced Then the classification of the vibrating mechanism and the character of the curving optical fiber probe were presented. At the end the methods of making them in our system, the various parts of AF/PSTM system were introduced. The images obtained were discussed.
