红景天甙的合成

【摘要】 本文简单回顾了红景天中有效成分的研究，并对红景天甙及对羟基苯乙醇的药理活性和全合成进行了总结。在此基础上，以五种不同的物质，苄基氯、对硝基苯乙腈、苯乙腈、对溴苯酚和对羟基苯乙酸为起始原料，探讨了对羟基苯乙醇的合成方法及其工业化的可能性。 最后，在对羟基苯乙醇的合成的基础上，讨论了它和四乙酰溴代葡萄糖在碳酸银催化下的缩合反应，并且设想了多种提高反应产率的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, after simply reviewing the research of Rhokiol L. and summarizing the biological activities and synthesis of Salidroside and p-tyrosol, five different synthesis routes of p-tyrosol starting from benzyl chloride, p-nitro phenyl acetonitrile, phenyl acetonitrile, p-bromo phenol and p-hydroxyl phenyl acetic acid were discussed and evaluated the possibilities of industrialization. Finally, the condensation of p-hydroxyl phenyl acetic acid with 1-bromo-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl- -D-glucopyanose catalyzed by silver carbonate was discussed, and some methods to improve the yield were proposed.更多还原
