干涉成像光谱仪定标技术研究

【摘要】 成像光谱技术能够获取目标的形影信息和光谱信息,目前已经被广泛地应用在高光谱遥感领域。干涉成像光谱仪是当今可见光和红外遥感探测技术的前沿科学,它已成为人们研究和获取目标三维信息(二维空间信息和一维光谱信息)的重要手段。 本文介绍了空间调制型干涉成像光谱仪的基本原理,并对我所研制的大孔径静态干涉成像光谱仪的基本原理进行了分析,介绍了光谱复原、真彩色图像合成软件; 分析了轻型高稳定度干涉成像光谱仪的实验室绝对光谱辐射度定标方案,和星上相对辐射度定标系统方案的设计。并在实验室条件许可的情况下,进行了一定波段的光谱和辐射度定标,得到了比较好的结果; 介绍了电荷耦合器件CCD的性能参数对定标的影响,并对其中影响光谱测量精度的几个主要参数进行了分析,讨论了进行标定和补偿的方案,大大提高光谱辐射度定标的精度; 介绍了一种基于高速转镜的动镜型化学探测成像光谱仪的原理,它具有很高的分辨率和良好的稳定性。我们着重分析了其系统中存在的固有的非线性,给出了光程差的计算公式,找出了使系统非线性最好的参数匹配,并进行了仿真实验,得到了理想的结果。

【Abstract】 The figure and spectral information of the interesting targets can be obtained through imaging spectral technology. This technology is being used widely in the field of hyper-spectral remote sensing . Interference imaging spectrometry is the advanced subject among the visible/infrared remote sensing , and it has already become an important means to acquire three-dimension information(two-dimension spatial and one-dimension spectral information). The principle of spatially modulated interference imaging spectrometer is introduced , and Large Aperture stable interference imaging spectrometer(LASIS) is emphatic discussed . The software of spectral and the real-color picture reconstruction is given. The project of lab absolute spectral radiometrical calibration for the light high- stability interference imaging spectrometer is analyzed , as well as the designing of the on-satellite relative radiometrical calibration . We completed a series of spectral radiometrical calibration with some spectral bands under the lab condition , and obtained good result. we also introduce the influence from CCD characteristics on calibration. Some major parameters which can influence precision of spectral measuring are detailed The means of CCD calibration and compensation is analyzed which can increase the precision of spectral radiometrical calibration for the imaging spectrometer. The principle of a chemical sensing imaging spectrometer based on a high speed moving-refractor is introduced. It featured the high resolution and the high stability. The inherent nonlinerity in the system are analyzed , and the equation of optical path difference(OPD) is given . We obtained the best parameters to decrease the system nonlinerity . The simulated experiment give us ideal result which proved my analysis.
