LD泵浦Cr:LiSAF倍频激光器及紫外He-Cd激光器的研制

【摘要】 半导体泵浦的掺铬六氟铝酸锶锂(Cr:LiSAF)倍频蓝光激光器因波长短、转换效率高、可调谐及结构简单等优点,已成为固体激光器研究的热点。本文前两章讨论研制该类激光器方面的课题。第一章理论分析了倍频晶体LBO临界Ⅰ类匹配时对基频光的倍频性质。第二章主要从理论及实验上对半导体纵向泵浦Cr:LiSAF倍频蓝光激光器作了研究。 紫外激光器也是激光技术的一个热点。325nm的紫外氦镉激光器因单色性好、发散角小、成本低而被广泛用作各种相干光源。本文在第三章从理论上简要分析了我们所研制成功的氦镉激光器并给出了实验结果。

【Abstract】 Diode-pumped and frequeccy-doubled Cr:LiSAF blue laser has become popular in solid laser research in recent years for its short wavelength , high conversion efficiencies, tenability and simple structure . In the first two chapters of this thesis, we have studied this subject. In chapter 1, we have studied doubling property of type I critical phase matching LBO crystal at fundamental harmonic theoretically. In chapter 2 of this thesis ,LD end-pumped and intra-cavity frequency-doubled Cr:LiSAF blue laser has been researched in theory and experiment. Ultraviolet laser is another focus of laser technology. 325nm-wavelength He-Cd + laser has good beam quality and relatively low cost so it has been used as coherent light source in various fields. In chapter 3,we have studied the ultraviolet He-Cd~ laser which was made by ourself in theory and experiment.
