汽车发动机非稳态燃烧数据采集系统的研制和开发

【摘要】 发动机的非稳态燃烧分析往往需要很大的数据量,这就对发动机燃烧数据采集系统的性能提出了新的要求。本文论述一种在通用PC上开发的适应非稳态数据分析要求的燃烧数据采集系统。系统本身具备采集到发动机的上止点、转速、压力和离子电流信号等功能。文章论述了示功图的处理,如上止点的校正,压力基线的校正,并且应用数字信号处理技术,设计了分段滤波程序。文章还论述了离子电流的采集和处理,并探讨了离子电流在发动机测量上的各种应用。
【Abstract】 Combustion analyse of ICE under transient condition requires a large amount data. That means the performance of the ICE combustion data acquisition system must be promoted. The paper discusses the development of a combustion data acquisition system to accommodate the request of data processing under unsteady operation condition on the base of Personal Computer system. The system collects top dot sign, speed, pressure and ion currency. The paper discusses the transaction of the indicator diagram such as correcting top dot and pressure base line. An segment filtering program was designed to eliminate the effects of the pressure measuring passage by means of digital signal processing technique. The paper a]sci discusses the processing and application of the ion currency.
