包装印刷传动智能控制系统的研究

【摘要】 摘要:本论文首先介绍了包装印刷传动系统的工作原理、检测方法、微机控制方式,然后针对包装印刷传动系统中的参数变化、拖动负载变化、非线性等特点,研究开发了一种智能型的包装印刷传动伺服系统,提出了两种包装传动系统的智能控制方法:一种是模糊PID控制方法,另一种是基于神经网络PID控制方法。仿真实验表明,将智能控制与PID控制结合起来应用到包装印刷传动系统中,其动、静态性能均优于传统的PID控制。论文最后研究开发了将PLC可编程控制器与全数字高性能的变频交流伺服系统MSD0421A系列结合起来,利用PLC的高速计数器和脉冲集成输出功能与MSD0421A的脉冲位置控制方式构成包装印刷传动的位置控制系统。为了更方便、快捷的将各种智能控制方法应用于包装印刷传动伺服系统中,使系统具有更好的开放性,本文还研究了应用数据采集卡和MSD0421A系列组成高精度位置控制系统,并开发了两种控制方式软、硬件实验系统。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the principium, the method of measurment and the microcomputer control way of bounding and printing driving system are introduced firstly. Secondly, One kind of intelligent bounding and printing driving system is researched and developed aiming at the characteristic of parameter change, load change, nonlinearity. In the mean time, two kind of intelligent control methods are proposed: One kind is fuzzy PID control, the other is neural network P[D control . The results of simulation show that the dynamic and steady performances of the two intelligent controllers are better than that of ND controller. Finally, this paper introduces the method in which we use digital A.C Servo system MINAS series as the performing structure, use the high counter and the pulse output of 57-200 CPU2 14/DC to drive the position servo system of binding and printing, in order to apply various kinds of intelligent controller to the driving system of binding and printing more conveniently and make system more open, in the paper we still put forward to combine the data sampling card with MSDO421A series to form the high accuracy position servo system . Also the hardware and software experiment system of the two control ways are developed.
