中国风险投资业制度选择研究

【摘要】 本文的主题是通过完善中国风险投资业的制度安排，来解决我国当前风险投资业中存在的主要问题，以充分发挥风险投资业在促进资本与知识相结合，扶持高新技术产业等方面的制度优势。 本文从历史和逻辑的角度出发，运用定性和定量的分析方法，分析了风险投资业运作机制的一般理论，并通过借鉴欧、美、日等国的成功经验，结合我国的实际情况，提出完善我国风险投资业制度安排的一些设想。文中首先探讨了风险投资的一般理论；然后重点分析了风险投资业中的代理人问题和减少代理人风险的制度安排；最后指出具体的制度安排应立足于市场性原则和政府宏观调控原则，从完善政府扶持体系、构建风险投资业内部机制等方面进行适合我国国情的制度选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis explores to solve the main problems in venture capital industry of China by improving the system arrangement in order to bring into play the system predominance of venture capital industry in promoting the combination of capital and knowledge and in supporting high and new-technology industries. The thesis analyses the theories of venture capital working mechanism with qualitative and quantitative method in the historical and logistic point of view. It puts forward some assume about the system arrangement of venture capital industry in China according to practical situation of China and through using the successful experiences of Europe, Japan and America for reference. Firstly, it discusses the theory of venture capital. Secondly, it analyses the agent problem in details and brings forward some measures to reduce risk. Finally, it points out that the system arrangement should be established in the principle of marketability and government-macrocontrol. It provides some suggestions about system choosing from the following two sides. One is improving the government supporting system and the other is building the interior mechanism.更多还原
