区域可持续发展分析与评价研究

【摘要】 80年代以来，随着经济的迅速发展，人口膨胀、资源危机、环境污染等问题的出现使人们越来越认识到可持续发展的重要性。可持续发展研究也已成为国内外学者们关注的焦点。实施可持续发展战略，走可持续发展之路，是区域发展的必然选择。区域可持续发展系统是一个综合的复杂系统，强调经济、人口、资源、环境之间的均衡协调和总体发展的可持续性。从国内外可持续发展研究的现状来看，指标体系过于庞大，不易操作，理论分析多于定量评估。针对这种情况，本文从引入可持续发展概念入手，分析了区域PREE（Population,Resource,Economy and Environment）系统的特点，构建了一套易于操作、能够全面反映区域可持续发展状况的评价指标体系，并在此基础上从子系统之间的协调性和可持续发展的时间动态性出发，提出了一种区域PREE系统可持续发展状况的综合评价方法，并对湖南省进行了实证分析，得出了合理的结论。最后，针对我国区域可持续发展中存在的问题提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 1980s’, population expansion, resource crisis and environment pollution have made people realize the importance of sustainable development. The sustainable development research has received more and more attention from the scholars in the wide range of various areas. It is a natural choice that regions will practice in the way of sustainable development. The regional sustainable development system is a comprehensive and complicated system, which emphasizes the coordination of economy, population, resource and environment systems and the sustainability of integral development. Given the facts that the indicator systems proposed by scholars at home and abroad are too large to be applied into practice and the theoretical analyses are more than quantitative evaluations, this study set out a practical indicator system based on the definition of sustainable development PREE system. In the meantime, a comprehensive evaluation model for sustainable development status of regional PREE system was put forward from the perspectives of coordination of the subsystems and time dynamic characteristic of sustainable development. Then, an empirical analysis for Hunan area was carried out and some reasonable results were obtained. Finally, some helpful suggestions were proposed in accordance with the characteristics of Chinese regional sustainable development.更多还原
