高填石路堤施工沉降观测及质量控制方法研究

【摘要】 随着我国高等级公路的高速发展,尤其是西部地区,石料作为路堤填筑材料将极为普及,从而填石压实质量控制方法的研究以及高填石路堤沉降规律的探讨已成为我国高等级公路修筑面临的关键问题。 本文首先总结和分析了国内外公路和坝工行业已有的相关成果,对填石材料的压实特性进行了探讨,然后以广西壮族自治区任寨二级公路为研究背景,提出了填石路堤压实工艺的确定方法和质量控制方法并在典型试验路段设计了沉降观测方案,其不仅获得了施工期地基的沉降数据,以便对地基的稳定性进行监测,而且可以获得填石路堤的各层次的压缩数据以及工后沉降数据,为进一步分析高填石路堤的工后变形规律提供了可靠的数据支持。此外,本文通过对已有沉降分析方法的讨论,提出了采用邓肯—张弹性非线性理论进行地基沉降计算新的计算方法,并开发出相应的计算软件,其计算结果与实测数据吻合良好,为进一步揭示出山区不饱和地基在大荷载作用下的压缩规律作了有益的探索。最后,本文采用概率方法对试验现场沉降数据进行了综合分析,表明按本研究确定的压实工艺施工,填石路堤已压实到弹性状态,能满足其作为公路路堤的多种力学要求。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of high class highway In China,rock asembankment biling material will be used very widely,especially In the westernarea。therefore the study on quality control methods for rock filling and discussiononthe settlementrulesofhlghrockembankmentwllIbethekeyproblems Intheconstruction of high class highway In our country. First,the existing achievements In highway and dam constructionengineering are summarized and the compactlon properties of rock Is discussed Inthis paper.Then the methods for determining compactlon techniques andcontrolling compactlon quality are put forward In RENZAI second class highwayIn GuangXI Zhuang autonomous region.This study also designed settlementobservation Program In tyPical section,so settlement datas not only of roadbedbut also of rock till embankment can be abtalned both during construction periodand after hnlshed time,which can be used not only to monitor the stability ofroadbed but also provide further rock embankment settlement analysis withreliable data support.Besides。based on discussion of the existing settlementcalculation method Is brought forward In light of Dencan-Chang nonlinear elasticmodel Inthls paper.A practical computerprogram Is worked out and muchsettlement calculating was carried out by this program The results show that thetheoretical values agreed well with those practical ones.After analyzing the rockhll embankment settlement data with probability method。a conclusion can bemade or deduced that the embankment compacted by the method In this paper hasreached elastic state and can meet various kinds of dynamics demand as roadbed.
