农业科技成果转化研究

【摘要】 建国以来，特别是二十世纪八十年代以来，湖南省农业科技取得了长足进步，获得的农业科技成果数以千计。这些成果在农业生产中发挥了极其重要的作用，成为了湖南这个农业大省的强大技术支撑。但是，由于种种原因，农业科技成果的转化率并不高，已转化的科技成果效益也不是很好，这已构成湖南省农业进一步发展的障碍，因此，强化农业科技成果转化，是推进湖南新的农业科技革命，建设农业强省的重大措施。 本文运用系统方法和思想；深入地探讨了农业科技成果转化机制，全面考察了湖南省农业科技成果转化现状，详细剖析了阻碍湖南省农业科技成果转化的深层次原因，并在对国外农业科技成果转化体系的比较研究的基础上，从科技体制改革，强化政府支持，培育农业科技型企业和构筑多层次转化体系等四个方面提出了加快农业科技成果转化，提高已转化成果效益的对策措施。 全文立足湖南、放眼全国，紧跟世界前沿，既有一定的探索性、创新性和理论深度，又有较强的实践性和可操作性。至于这种探索是否可行，我自己是既有信心，又有顾忌，在这种自我彷徨下，我想，还是请各位答辩委员会的老师和同仁们评判吧！更多还原

【Abstract】 The articlc shows author attempts to analyze the transformation Issues of technology achievements in agriculture. Guiding by the systematic thought and methods, this paper explores the transforming machanism of technology achievements itt agriculture, and spreads out the situations of the technology achievements transformation in Hunan Province, including the results having made and the questions also existing. And thtet, the causes lying in deep level are given front four aspects. After at comparing research on different transforming systems of the technology achievements in agriculture between the USA.EU. and Japan. India. israel, the paper offers some valuable opinions. Thinking of all the researches above, the article puts forward a series of constructive suggestions and countermeasures to speed up the transformation of technology achievement in agriculture, and to promote the efficiency the transformed achievement.更多还原
