【摘要】 有机电致发光器件（OELD）是近年来发展迅速的第三代平板显示器件。本文简单介绍了OELD的发展、原理、器件结构及材料；讨论了影响器件衰减的原因和提高器件发光效率的方法；制作了有一定发光性能及寿命的绿色有机电致发光器件，并对器件制作中的一些工艺进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Research of Green Organic Elctroluminescent Device Candidate for Master:Zhang xiaorong Adviser:Lin zulun Organic Electroluminescent Display(OELD) which is considered to be the 3rd generation of Flat Panel Display have undergone very fast development in recent years0 The development status, device structrue and materials of OLED are breifly introduced in this paper0 The degradation mechanism and the method of increasing OLED efficiency are discussed0 A green OEL device is fabricated and some fabrication process are studied.更多还原
