【摘要】 我国1984年中共中央1号文件颁布，允许农民自理口粮，自筹资金到集镇落户，壁垒森严的城门终于向农民开启，城乡关系问题拉开了新的序幕。在此之前的35年，是“先城后乡，以城带乡”，强调城市中心作用和发展的历史，结果造成了城乡空间的严重对立，带来了一系列经济和社会问题；在此以后的发展过程中，随着这一战略的转变，即允许乡村有限度的自我发展，城乡关系开始逐渐走向良性循环的发展轨道，极大地带动了整个国民经济发展。同时，使乡村社会经济和文化事业等方面取得了重大突破。随着乡镇企业的异军突起，小城镇的发展壮大，在东部一些发达地区，已开始形成了城乡关系的互动和融合。但由于历史和现实的原因，也随之出现了一系列新的问题：大规模的农村剩余劳动力如何在城乡夹缝中寻求自身的发展；乡镇企业过分分散，效益低下；小城镇的建设无序等。近年来，学术界在这方面已引起了足够的重视，大量的研究成果层出不穷。在总结和借鉴了前人研究成果的基础上，本文对城乡空间融合道路的选择提出了创造性的探讨，试图为以后的城乡发展道路提供一个理论框架和思路。 本文在行文上分为五个部分。第一部分，前言。第二部分，中国城乡的现状分析。从中国城乡空间的历史发展阶段，把城乡关系划分为城乡空间共生，城乡空间分离，城乡空间对立，城乡空间平等，城乡空间融合五个发展阶段，且遵循从低到高的发展顺序。并指出中国现阶段城乡空间关系处于城乡空间对立向城乡空间平等过渡这一阶段，同时分七点论述了现在中国城乡空间对立的 。一／。53＼一（ 工。、、；一 特征。第三部分，城乡空间对立的形成原因。由于历史原因的沉淀，会给我国 以后的城乡空间发展带来一些障碍，因此通过本文具体剖析城乡空间对立形成 的深层次肌理，即要素的不平等流动及中国所固有的强大，内生的二元经济社 会结构。通过原因的分析，可以使我们在以后的城乡发展道路上高瞻远瞩。第 四部分，促进我国城乡空间融合发展的道路探索。首先针对中国目前制度上的 障碍，提出改革户籍制度和土地制度，使要素的流动顺畅，强大的二元结构得 以松动。同时，对构建城乡空间融合的对策做出了探讨。提出反哺农业——加 强对农业的保护，并借鉴托达罗人口流动模式重点提出了农村剩余劳动力在农 业自身产业就地消化和吸收；乡镇工业化发展是加强城乡空间融合的主要力 量：加强小城镇发展是实现城乡空间融合的主要手段。第五部分，结语。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese Communist Party No.1 film have stipulated in 1984 and allowed the peasant carrying food and capital themselves to the city, Then the close city open to them at last. The problems of urban-rural begin to a new stage. Before this it is always the city first then the rural, and make the city to the central. All of this needs to the antagonist of the urban-rural space and brings a series of social and economy problem. The relationship of urban-rural starts to the development orbit and benevolent circle in the future development. It makes the development of the country economy and by the way makes the rural to the further progress. With the emergence of villages and towns enterprise and grandness of the towns, in the eastern have come into being the integration of urban-rural. But for the reason of the history and realism, it brings a series of new problems. For example, the big scale of the rural surplus labor force how to make development of themselves between the urban and rural; the villages and towns enterprise too separate and lower of benefit; the build of the little towns lack of order etc. In this day, the academe makes enough recognition with it and we can find a lot of research production. On the basis of summarizing and using the previous scientific research achievement for reference. This thesis tries to put forward a theoretical frame on the development of urban-rural. This thesis is divided into five parts: Part one: The preface. Part two: The actuality analysis of the Chinese urban-rural. From the history development stage, it can be divided into five periods, they are symbiotic period~ separating pedod antagonistic period equal development period and integration period, and it keeps from the primary to the senior. It also discusses the present of Chinese urban-rural space is at the stage of the antagonistic period to the equal development period, then dissertate the character of the antagonistic period though seven points. Part three: The reason of the urban-rural space antagonistic. Being the deposition of the historical reason, there are the obstacles for the Chinese future development. So through material anatomy the deep arrangement texture of the fonii, it is the element floating of no balance and the Chinese dualistic economic and social structure that is the inherent~ strange and endogens .All this analyses show great foresight in the future path of the urban-rural development. Part four: The way search for the promote our urban-rural integration development. At first, it aims at the obstacles for system, through innovate the registered and dominical system, we can make the element fluency and the dualistic structure become flexible. Then search for the way to design how to make the urban-rural space integrate. In this thesis table a proposal to protect the agriculture and make the point of how to absorb the surplus labor inside the agriculture; the villages and towns enterprise is the importance strength and the liftle towns development is the importance resort to make the urban-rural space integrate.
