【摘要】 工作流管理（Workflow Management）技术是近年来在计算机应用领域中发展最为迅速的几项新技术之一，它的主要特征是实现人与计算机相结合过程中的自动化。将工作流技术应用于办公自动化系统，使数据库技术和基于电子邮件的流程管理技术相结合，可以发挥办公自动化系统的更大优势。其优点可归纳为：①降低劳动强度，提高工作效率；②实现系统的高度自动化、协作化；③实现无纸化办公；④决策层可以迅速综合来自各个方面的信息，并以此为依据制定组织机构的战略决策等。 本文结合黄石市中级人民法院具体情况，讨论了一个基于工作流的分布式法院综合办公自动化系统（DCIOAS）的设计与实现。 首先，本文对工作流技术进行了探讨。从工作流管理技术出发，详细地分析了业务流程建模及工作流描述、业务流程重组（BPR）、工作流执行和自动控制等方面的问题。从工作流管理系统的角度出发，对工作流管理系统应用领域、工作流管理系统分类、工作流管理系统功能模型和体系模型进行了讨论。 其次，本文结合DCIOAS，讨论了工作流管理技术在办公自动化系统中的应用。采用过程视图建模方法对一个办公业务流程进行了描述和分析，在此基础上，进一步讨论了办公自动化系统中业务流程重组和工作流执行问题。 最后，本文介绍了DCI0AS的设计与实现。本系统是以群件（Groupware）Lotus Notes/Domino作为开发应用平台。在系统总体设计中，主要讨论了系统的BWD（Browser/Web server/Data server）三层软件体系结构并给出了系统的主要功能模块；从工作流技术的应用角度，结合具体实例，讨论了本系统中工作流的设计与实现；从Web技术的角度，讨论了在本系统中如何实现基于Web的应用程序；结合Lotus Notes/Domino的特点，讨论了DECS（Domino企业连接服务）技术在系统中的具体应用；在系统安全机制设计中，讨论了系统安全和用户权限设置等问题。 本文的重点是应用工作流、Web等先进技术，设计与实现了一个基于工作流的分布式法院综合办公自动化系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Workflow management is one of the fastest evolving technology in computer application scopes in recent years. Its primary characteristic is to complete automation of processes involving combination of human and computer-based activities. Workflow technology applied in office automation system, combining database technology with email-based flow management technology will contribute lots of benefits to office automation. These benefits are listed below: ㏑educing work intensity and improving work efficiency; ㊣mplementing automation and collaboration of system; (3) Handling official business without paper; ㊣ntegrating information in the system and making a strategic decisionThis thesis gives a report about design and implementation of Workflow_base Distributed Court Integration Office Automation System (DCIOAS) with the instance of Huangshi Middle People Court.Firstly, the thesis discusses workflow technology. From the point of workflow management technology, it analyses business process modeling and workflow describing, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), workflow executing and automation, etc. From the point of workflow management system, it discusses workflow management system application scopes, its classification, its function models and system models.Secondly, Combining DCIOAS, the thesis gives studies for workflow management technology application in design of office automation system. It describes a office business process in Process View . It also discusses Business Process Re-engineering and workflow executing in office automation system.Finally, the thesis gives the design and implementation of DCIOAS. Groupware Lotus Notes/Domino is used as development and application platform. In the design of DCIOAS , the thesis discusses the application of BWD(Browser/Web server/Database server) three layers software structure and gives the function modules of the system. With the example, it discusses the workflow implementation in this system. It discusses how to implement Web-base application program in this system. Combining the characteristic of Lotus Notes/Domino, It discusses the application of DECS (Domino Enterprise Connection Service) technology in this system. It also discusses system security and user authority setup in thissystem.The thesis put stress on discussing a Distributed Court Integration Office Automation System design and implementation , especially discussing application of workflow technology, Web technology, etc.更多还原
