【摘要】 中国正处在迅速推进工业化的发展阶段，加上粗放的生产经营方式，土地资源浪费和环境污染相当严重。随着人口增加和经济发展，这个问题可能更加突出。解决历史遗留的土地问题和控制发展过程中出现的环境问题，实现土地可持续利用管理仍然是一项长期而艰巨的任务。本文首先在宏观层次上认识土地可持续利用与可持续发展的内在联系，以探讨保护土地资源的约束机制和决策支持体系；其次从分析现有土地利用状况，为提出具体政策措施、管理制度提供依据；并通过一系列科学的逻辑步骤和方法探讨、完善土地可持续利用管理的评价及指标体系；笔者认为，在持续性分析的前期，可以将各种生态、经济、社会等因素分开研究；在持续性分析的最后阶段就必须将注意力集中在这些因素交叉综合的关系上，而且，这些因素的综合作用在持续性分析中起决定性的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper firstly probed into conception and content of sustainable land use and management at the base of Sustainable Development. Afterward, the results of probing show that realizing sustainable land use is really crucial for human existence and development in the future. Second, the author did her best to build up an index system for evaluating sustainable land use , which can help to carry on sustainable development of land use practically. The system includes the equilbrium in quantity and the sustainable use in quality. Finally, on the basis of the index system , several useful and workable measures and suggestions were put forward to realizing sustainable land use as possible by analyzing many restrictive factors, such as ecoclimate, economic factors and social factors.更多还原
