社会主义初级阶段道德建设的特殊性

【摘要】 社会主义初级阶段是中国社会主义建设发展过程中的一个特殊的阶段。这个 发展阶段的特殊性表现很多，与道德建设紧密相关的主要有生产关系、经济体制、 道德主体、道德传统、国际环境等方面表现出来的特殊性。 社会系统是一个由各个领域、各个方面构成的复杂的有机系统。在这个系统 里，经济、政治、文化的发展都不是一个孤立的过程，而是通过社会自身的整合 作用，构成社会的整体运动。道德的发展同样如此，必须与社会的各个方面发生 关系。那么，在社会主义初级阶段，有中国特色的社会主义道德建设就不能不面 对这样一个问题：如何立足于社会主义初级阶段的特殊性，来有效推进有中国特 色的社会主义道谤建设，以促进经济的协调发展和社会的稳定。 生产关系、经济体制、道德主体、道德传统、国际环境作为各不相同的社会 因素，对道德建设具有不同的制约和影响作用。社会主义初级阶段的道德建设必 须根据他们各不相同的特点区别对待。生产关系对道德起决定作用，道德建设必 须真实地反映出社会主义初级阶段生产关系的特殊性，并通过反作用促进生产关 系的发展与完善；社会主义初级阶段生产力的发展水平诀定了只能实行社会主义 市场经济，这与马克思主义经典作家设想的计划经济是很不相同的两种经济运行 方式，所要求的道德基础也必然不同。道德建设应适应市场经济的要求，建立符 合市场经济条件下社会发展规律的道德体系；由于阶级、阶层的发展变化，社会 主义初级阶段的遭德主体大大复杂化，道德需求大大多样化，要求构建全方位、 多层次的道德体系尽力满足不同主体的道德需求；道德传统是道德建设的基石和 前提，社会主义初级阶段的道德建设需立足于现代化，取传统道德之精华，去其 糟粕；历史发展到今天，任何国家都不可能闭门造车，我国现阶段的道德建设则 须面对大大不同于马克思主义经典作家所处时代的国际环境，顺应时代潮流，并 发挥积极的能动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Primary Stage of Socialism is a special stage during the developing process of Chinese socialist construction. This stage has many special characteristics. The special characteristics of relations of production, economic system, the main body of morality, traditional morality and international environment are closely related with moral construction. Social system is a complicated organic system which is composed of every field and aspect. In this system the development of economy, politics and culture is not isolated process but an overall sports through the conformity of society itself. So is the development of morality. It must relate to every aspect of society. Then, in the Primary Stage of socialism the socialist moral construction with Chinese characteristic has to face this problem: how to promote effectively the socialist moral construction with Chinese characteristic on the base of the special characteristics of the Primary Stage of Socialism for the coordinate development of economy and the stability of society. As different social factors, relations of production, economic system, the main body of morality, traditional morality and international environment have differently restrictive and influential action on moral construction. In the Primary Stage of Socialism moral construction must deal with them in different ways in light of their respective characteristics. Relations of production decides morality, morality must really reflect the specific characteristics of relations of production of the Primary Stage of Socialism and promote its development and perfection through reaction, In the Primary Stage of Socialism the developing level of productive forces decides that it is necessary to carry out socialist marketing economy which differs greatly from planning economy imaged by classical authors of Marxism. They certainly require different basis. Moral construction should construct a moral system which will tally with the. social developing law under marketing economy according to the needs of socialist marketing economy; With the development of class and stratum the main body of morality becomes very complicated, moral demands become diversified, so we should construct a new moral system to meet the moral needs of different people; Traditional morality is the basis and premise of moral construction.
