茄子耐热机理及苗期抗热性筛选指标的研究

【摘要】 本实验以耐热品种海南枕头茄、抗热性中等杂种F-85、不耐热品种胜青紫长茄为材料,苗期在人工气候室内进行热胁迫,并以田间苗为对照,对茄子的耐热性生理基础及苗期筛选指标进行研究。实验结果表明: 1.热胁迫严重影响植株生长,根系活力下降,呼吸作用加强,导致光合色素降解加快,耐热品种的这些变化均较为缓和,且解除胁迫后恢复能力较强。 2.高温引起H2O2及O2-的累积,并进而导致膜脂过氧化加剧,膜结构受损,耐热品种枕头茄在高温下膜结构较为稳定;保护酶系统中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性上升,枕头茄的上升幅度较F-85茄和胜青茄大,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在耐热品种中先上升后下降,而不耐热品种则持续下降;同时胁迫后抗坏血酸(AsA)含量下降,谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量增加,耐热品种的酶及非酶活性氧清除剂的保护作用较强。 3.热胁迫引起蛋白质降解加剧,游离氨基酸含量增加,植株含水量下降,蒸腾加剧,耐热品种具有较强的持水能力,且高温下体内蛋白质代谢较稳定。 4.细胞膜在高温下的伤害率,脯氨酸的含量,蒸腾速率的变化量,根系活力等可作为茄子耐热性的苗期筛选指标,几项指标应相互参照。

【Abstract】 A study on the effects of heat stresses in eggplant was conducted in a growth chamber and the field condition. The changes of some physiological and biochemical items in the leaves of cultivars of eggplant (heat-tolerant HaiNanZhenTouQie, less heat-tolerant F-85Qie and heat-sensitive ShengQingZiChangQie) after heat stress was studied for the search of physiological foundation and the select standard in seeding of eggplant.The result showed:1.Under high temperature, growth was inhibited severely, root activity and Chlorophyll content were decreased, respiration was enhanced. In thermo-resistant cultivar (HaiNanZhenTouQie) these changes were not obvious and a strong recoverable ability was found.2.After heat stress, the accumulation of 02 and H202 was induced, the membrane structure was damaged, the activities of Catalase(CAT) and Peroxidase(POD) increased obviously, Superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased in thermo-resistant cultivar and decreased in others, Ascorbic acid(ASA) content decreased and Reduced glatathione(CSH) increased in every one. The protection of enzyme and non-enzyme active oxygen scavenging system is more effective in the thermo-resistant cultivar than in others.3.In therrno-resistant cultivar, the degradation of proteins and the accumulation of free amino acid were low after heat stress and a strong water retaining capacity was found.4.The membrane damage extent under high temperature, proline content, thevariational quantity of transpiration and root activity were suggested as select standard for the thermo-breeding. These criterions should be taken intoaccount as a whole.
