【摘要】 本论文综述国内外关于公路桥梁经营权转让的发展现状和我国公路桥梁经营权转让过程中存在的问题。探讨了经营收益现值法和投资成本收益法对公路桥梁经营权转让的评估。 采用经营收益现值法时，考虑了预期收益和还原利率的动态变化，应用了现代收益理论对其基本模型进行了完善。同时对还原利率的计算，考虑了折旧因素，因而比较科学、合理。 在投资成本收益法中，利用重置成本法和投资收益率，同时对重置成本法基本公式进行了客观修正，在现实评估中使评估值更加准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper gives a summary for the current development situation of foreign and civil in the field of highway and bridge. There are some problems on the manage right of highway and bridge in our country. This paper discusses appraisal method of manage income approach and return value on investment approach and the parameter will be studied. In method of manage income approach, for the income and capitalize rate are all dynamic changed, we utilize the theory of the modern income and improve it. At the same time, we consider the cost recovery during the composite capitalize rate. In method of return value on investment approach, the cost and income rate has been studied. The formula allows for influence of reconstruct cost has been objective revised. Hence it is scientific and reasonable in reality.更多还原
