仙鹤草药用成分与提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 本研究以仙鹤草中的有效成分鹤草酚和黄酮类化合物的定量以及有效成分提取的最佳工艺条件为总目标,全面、系统地对影响仙鹤草中有效成分浸提效果的各个因素:醇水溶液浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提次数、液料比逐一进行了研究,探讨了单因素指标对浸提效果的影响。在此基础上,通过正交实验设计综合考虑各个因素的相互关系,得出最佳的浸提工艺条件。 以传统的提取方法为基础,对超声波和多元溶剂连续提取对浸提效果的影响进行了探讨,证实了超声波在相同浸提条件下减少浸提时间的显著效果和多元溶剂组成对浸提效果的影响,得出了相关结论。 根据仙鹤草的药理作用,对仙鹤草在疾病治疗与卫生保健方面应用的配方进行了比较研究,定量了其中的有效成分—鹤草酚、总黄酮、总皂甙含量,并通过专家的建议和配方中各组份的药理作用给出配方的方解。 采用UV、IR波谱技术,对提取液进行了测定,解析谱图中的特征峰确定提取液中有效成分官能团的结构,从而推知有效成分的存在。 系统的研究为仙鹤草在中医药领域中的开发利用提供了理论依据,这些在有关仙鹤草浸提工艺研究的相关资料上尚未报道,必将推动仙鹤草在临床上的广泛应用。
【Abstract】 The total aim of the article is the optimum technical condition of quantification and extraction of available composition of flaeonoid, available composition of Agrimonia. Pilosa ledeb and Agrimophol. Each factor which affects extraction of available composition of Agrimonia. Pilosa ledeb was researched comprehensive and systematacially for example ethanol-water solution, extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times, the ratio of liquid to materiel, and discussed influence of single factor index to extraction effects. On the basis of it, the optimum technical condition was gained in considering completely interrelation of every factor by orthogonal experiment design. Taking conventional extraction method as base, extraction effects on the condition of continuous extraction of ultrasonic and multisolvent was discussed, then the related conclusion was elicited in terms of confirmation of ultrasonic reducing extraction time distinctly under the same extraction condition and the constituent of multisolvent influencing extraction effects. According to pharmacological function, the applied formula of Agrimonia. Pilosa ledeb in disease treatment and hygiene was studied comparatively and the content of available composition was quantified for example the total flavone, Agrimophol, the total content of total saponins.Ln the end, the formulary direction was gained by expert抯 advice and pharmacological function of each constituent of formula. Analysis methods which include UV and JR spectrum technology was developed, with which determined extractive liquid and analyzed characteristic peak in spectrogram in order to determine structure of functional group of available composition in extractive liquid. On the basis, the author deduced existence of available composition. Systematacialy investigation offers theoretical foundation for exploitation and utilization of Agrimonia. Pilosa ledeb in herbalism fields which hasn抰 reported yet in related data on extraction technical condition of Agrimonia. Pilosa ledeb, so the investigation must promote extensive application of Agrimonia. Pilosa ledeb in clinic.
