混煤燃烧及污染物排放特性的实验研究和数值模拟

【摘要】 本文针对无烟煤、贫煤、烟煤和褐煤及其两煤种之间混煤的燃烧及污染物排放特性进行了实验研究。首先通过热天平的实验研究,提出了混煤燃烧特性判别指数H_F和燃尽特性判别指数H_j。在此基础上,利用小型煤粉燃烧实验台对无烟煤、贫煤及其三种配比的混煤在不同配风下的污染物排放特性、燃尽特性进行了热态实验研究,对NO排放的影响因素、过量空气系数对燃尽率的影响进行了分析,为燃用同类混煤的电站锅炉高效低污染的燃烧提供参考依据。最后,对小型煤粉燃烧实验台的流动和燃烧进行了数值模拟,得到了较为合理的结果。
【Abstract】 In this thesis, experimental analyses are used to investigatecombustion and pollutant emission performance of anthracite, lean coal,soft coal, lignite and blended coals. Through analyzing and comparingcombustion character curves obtained from thermogravimetric analyzer ofblended coals with different ratios, two indexes (HF and H )distinguishing combustion stability and burnout performance are presented.Furthermore, a small combustion furntice is also used to study relationshipbetween NO. emission and burnout ratio of anthracite blending with leancoal in different ratios. Some conclusions are present by the dynamicexperimeflt combined with the static one.
