多传感器集成理论在汽车刹车片动态监测中的应用研究

【摘要】 汽车制动器的状态监测与故障诊断是汽车安全行驶技术的重要内容,而相对于刹车片的材料、工艺而言,对刹车片的在线监测的研究非常少见。随着现代微细加工技术与电子集成技术的发展,出现了传感器的微型化、集成化和智能化,它为刹车片的在线监测提供了有利的工具。刹车片的监测系统正是基于此而开发的。 系统采用传感器阵列技术来解决在复杂环境中获取刹车片不均衡磨损状态信息的难题,提高了系统获取测量对象信息的可靠性和稳定性,为系统功能的实现奠定了基础。 系统采用多传感器数据融合理论与技术处理获取的数据,提高了系统处理数据的精确度,为系统的正常可靠运行提供了技术支持。 可变电阻式厚度传感器的设计解决了刹车片厚度信息难于获取的难题,为系统的实现提供了前提条件。 各种软硬件抗干扰的设计以及软件的结构化设计,为系统安全、可靠运行与维护提供了保障。
【Abstract】 Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the brake is an important part of the driving safety. Research on real-time monitoring of the brake linings or pads is less reported than material and manufacture of the brake linings or pads. With development of modern micro-fabrication and electronic technology, integrated and micro-sensors have appeared, which are strongly tools of real-time monitoring. Systematic monitoring for the brake linings or pads is based on that sensor. Sensor array technology solves a difficult problem that is how to measure unbalanced abrasion information of the brake linings or pads in complicated conditions. It improves reliability and stability of the system in course of measuring information. Systematic functional realization is based on it. Multisensor information fusion deals with measuring data in the system. It improves data precision and sustains systematic working order. Design of alterable resistance sensor solves a difficult problem in course of measuring thickness information of the brake linings or pads. It is the precondition which system carries out through. Many anti-jamming designs in software and hardware, and software structural design assure system safety, reliability and maintainability.
