木薯淀粉高吸水性树脂的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 本文采用丙烯酸,丙烯酰胺共接枝于木薯淀粉制备高吸水性树脂。系统地研究了制备的工艺条件,并通过FT-IR,TGA等进行表征。结果表明:以过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在制备过程中采用分步聚合的方法可以制备性能良好的高吸水性材料。确定的最佳的工艺条件为:淀粉浓度0.3mol/L,丙烯酸浓度1.5mol/L,丙烯酰胺浓度1.0mol/L,丙烯酸中和度80%,引发剂浓度4.5×10-3mol/L,交联剂浓度8.5×10-4mol/L,采用分步聚合方法,单体先在60℃下预聚1h,然后加入淀粉继续反应2h。所制的产品最好吸水倍率为620ml/g,0.9%NaCl为72ml/g。
【Abstract】 Preparation of high water-absorbent material was carried out in aqueous solution with kdc persulfate (KPS) as initiatoi N, N?methylene biasactylamkie (MBAM) as crosslinking agent .The structure of the material was investigated by FT-IR, and the stabdity of grafting copolymer gel was directly studied by themial analyzer TGA.Regarding monomers conversion and water absorption capacity of this material, a study is made on such influencing factors as amount of initiator and crosslniking agent, reaction temperature and time, consumption and ratio of monomers, degree of neutralization, etc..The maximum absorption capacity appeared under th ndilion:0.3molfl.. of cassavastaith, 1 .5moVL acrylic acid,1 .0 moUL crylamkle,4.5 x 0~moI/L KPS,8.5 x 1 0~moULMBAM,reaction temperature 60 degree, monomers pre-~polymerization lh,grafting reaction 2h.Under above condition, the absorption amount of this matenal could be over 62OmVg and over7OmVg in case of water and 0.9% NaCI aqueous solution respectively.
