论市场经济条件下的个体主体

【摘要】 内容提要市场经济的发展与个体主体的生成是同一历史过程。市场经济的完善程度同个体主体的成熟程度相联系。从一定意义上说，个体主体的成熟与否直接关系着市场经济的成败。由于种种原因，我国目前个体主体还不成熟，还不能适应市场经济的发展要求。因此，与社会主义市场经济相联系的个体主体的塑造问题就提到了理论与实践的前沿。本文分四个部分，一、个体主体与市场经济的界定；二、市场经济与个体主体的互动关系；三、我国当代社会个体主体的基本状况；四、社会主义市场经济条件下个体主体的塑造。 在个体主体的界定上，区分了主体、个体主体、主体性等不同层次，同时区分了主体的三种存在状态，指出个体主体是最基本的主体。在市场经济的界定上，分析了其与商品经济的关系及市场经济的本质。市场经济的历史作用，在于促进独立个人的生成。市场经济与个体主体是双向的互动关系。市场经济促进了个体主体的生成，个体主体的生成与完善，个体主体性的发挥，对市场经济的发展具有巨大的促进作用。但是，市场经济中的人的独立性是“以物的依赖性为基础的人的独立性”。这样的个体与人性，与马克思所讲的自由个性还有很大的差距。但市场经济是人性完善的不可逾越的历史阶段，是人获得全面发展的必要环节。由一般市场经济条件下的个体主体问题过渡到社会主义市场经济条件下的个体主体问题。从总体上看，社会主义市场经济更有利于个体主体的发展，也更有利于克服市场经济对个体主体的负效应。但个体主体本身的主体性层次低、能力低、道德行为失范等都表明个体主体的不成熟。另外，一般市场经济对人的负面作用依然存在，要历史地辨证地看社会主义市场经济条件下的异化现象。逻辑的归结、问题的解决是社会主义市场经济条件下个体主体的塑造。涉及三个方面，即塑造的标准、社会环境条件及具体途径。标准是：将人的异化程度限制在最小、“经济人”与“道德人”相统一、具有对知识的学习与创新能力和法制观念。社会环境条件：重新确立人的整体综合的评价标准、从“以物为中心”转到“以人为中心的”综合发展、营造个人与社会、功利与公平公正协调统一的制约机制。具体途径：培养主体人的自我意识；完善激励机制，充分调动主体能动性；营造宽松的环境，鼓励个体主体的创造力；用道德和法律规范制约个体主体的市场行为；在社会主义市场经济的伟大实践中来塑造现代化主体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract With the market economy ’s developing, human being’s subject position has been increasingly raised. This is a same process of the market economy and the forming of individuality subject. The degree of market economy’s perfection is closely relative to that of individuality subject’s. Wether perfection of individuality subject has a bearing on market economy’s success and failure. But, in our country, the developing of individuality subject does’t keep up with market economy’s developing. This article includes four parts, first, the defining of individuality subject and market economy; second, the position of individuality subject in market economy; third, the basic conditions of individuality subject in socialism market economy; forth, moulding the individuality subject in socialism market economy. The first part defines the individuality subject and the market economy, and made a conclusion that the basical function of market economy is advancing the forming of individuality subject. The second part talks about giving impettus each other of market economy and individuality subject. Market economy makes a great advance in the forming of individuality subject. Market economy is the untranscended process of human’s development. Individuality subject can greatly promote market economy ’s developing. From the issue of individuality subject in general market economy to that in socialism market economy. In the general, socialism market economy is more of advantage to the development of individuality subject. But, the individuality subject in itself has many defects. except this, the side-effect of the gneral market economy still stays, we must treat the alienation historically and dialectically. The logical conclusion and the problem’s settlement is the forth part:the moulding of the individuality subject in socialism market-oriented economy. This includes three relative aspects, ie. standard 、social environment 、specific methods.更多还原
