道路运输发展政策研究

【摘要】 本文首先总结了改革开放以来道路运输业的发展现状，对我国道路运输行业存在的主要问题进行了分析，并对现有道路运输政策进行了评价。其次，通过对西方发达国家在道路运输不同的发展阶段所采取的道路运输政策的研究，提出了若干条可以借鉴的经验。最后，通过分析道路运输业发展环境及相关因素，明确了我国今后一段时期道路运输业的发展目标，提出了“十五”期间及到2010年我国应采取的道路运输政策。 本文研究强调政策的实用性和可操作性，力图解决实际问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Base on the review the development status of the road transportation from the opening reform, Firstly, this paper discusses the main questions and evaluates policies of the road transportation. Secondly, though the study of the developed counties of transportation policies in various periods, presents several experiences for us. Lastly, though the analysis the environment and correlative factories, points out the development target of the road transportation and suggests the development policies during the 10敀 five-year plan and to 2010 year.
