卤化银感光材料光电子行为测量
Measurement of the Behaviors of Photoelectron in the Silver Halide Photosensitive Material

【摘要】 本文依据介电谱检测原理,设计并建立了卤化银介电材料光作用检测装置,确定了相关技术指标及应用条件,利用该装置,获得了不同簿膜材料和不同激光能量条件下的光电子行为,研究了不同卤化银材料光电子行为的时间特性。分析了光电子激发的饱和曲线与材料对光照响应的特性曲线之间的关系,详细讨论了光电子产生与激光能量和曝光量的关系,获得了光分解的量子效率的规律。通过分析不同材料的光电子寿命,讨论了光电子寿命对某些卤化银材料宏观参数的影响。依据衰减速率的差别,将自由光电子的衰减过程进行了详细的划分,讨论了光电子衰减的微观反应过程,着重分析了电子陷阱对自由光电子衰减过程的作用,最后,给出了光电子衰减的动力学方程的表示式。
【Abstract】 The detecting apparatus of the photon acting on the silver halide dielectric material is set up in this paper on the basis of dielectric spectrum detecting theorem. The technical criterions and the applied conditions are determined. The behaviors of the photoelectron of various film materials and on the condition of different laser energy are obtained with this apparatus. The time properties of the behaviors of the photoelectron of different silver halide materials are studied. The relations between the saturation figure of the photoelectron excitation and the property figure of the material responding to the exposure are discussed. The relations between the generation of the photoelectron and the laser energy are discussed in detail. The laws of the quantum efficiency of the exposure are obtained. The effects of the lifetime of the photoelectron on the macro parameters of some silver halide are discussed. According to the decay velocity, we divide the decay process of the free photoelectron and discuss the effects of the loss factors on the decay of the photoelectron. We give the decay kinetics process of free photoelectron in the end.
