数控冷轧带肋钢筋矫直切断机的系统研究及设计

【摘要】 论文全面、系统地研究了冷轧带肋钢筋的矫直工艺、矫直理论及矫直切断机的基本形式、结构、参数和选型方法,确定了GTK6/12数控冷轧带肋钢筋矫直切断机总体设计方案。论文运用材料力学和弹塑性力学的基本原理,将矫直过程中的钢筋看成一个连续弯曲的梁,对冷轧带肋钢筋的弯曲变形作了详尽的阐述。论文对冷轧带肋钢筋的的矫直原理作了进一步的叙述,在此理论的基础上,研究分析了矫直系统参数确定方法。提出了新的辊系配置方案,并针对此新的辊型配置方案,计算出了矫直系统力学参数及矫直功率。论文提出了一种检测装置,并在对原有剪切机构研究分析的基础上,设计了一种新型剪切机构。论文还引入了气动系统,设计制造了气动夹具。论文创造性地在矫直切断机上引入数控技术,在GTK6/12数控冷轧带肋钢筋矫直切断机应用PLC数控技术,实现钢筋自动定尺切断,可设定钢筋直径、加工根数、计算重量、故障显示、待料和故障自动停机,自动化程度高。 在理论分析和设计计算的基础上,进行了样机试制,该样机做到了机、电、气一体化,实现了预期效果,为以后的数控矫直切断机的设计开发打下了良好的基础。GTK6/12数控冷轧带肋钢筋矫直切断机通过了河北省新产品项目鉴定,该产品属国内首创,填补了国内空白。GTK6/12数控冷轧带肋钢筋矫直切断机的设计开发具有很好的市场前景。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT This dissertation comprehensively and systematically investgates straightening technology of cold-rolled ribbed bars, straightening theory of bars, the straightening machines basis type, configuration, parameter and the method of choosing bars straightening machines type. Overall design scheme of GTK6/12 numerical control cold-rolled ribbed bars straightening and cutting machine is confirmed. Utilizing the basis theory of material mechanics, elastic-plastic mechanics and regarding a bar as a continuous bending beam in the process of straightening, bend transform of cold ribbed bars is explained elaborately. Straightening theory of cold-rolled ribbed bars is farther depicted and on the basis of this theory, confirming method of straightening system parameter is researched. The new roller type configuration theme is put forward and straightening system mechanical parameter and straightening power of this new theme is calculated. An inspection device is presented. On the basis of former cutting mechanism, a new-type cutting mechanism is designed. Pneumatic system is introduced in the paper and pneumatic clamp is designed and made. Numerical control technique is imported in straightening cutting machine creatively. PLC is applied in GTK6/12 numerical control cold-rolled ribbed bars straightening cutting machine and automatic length-fixing and cutting can be realized. Bars diameter, machining quantity, weight calculation, display failure, material waiting and automatic failure shutdown can be set up and automatic level is high. On the basis of theory analysis and design calculation, a prototype is made. It combines machine, electron and pneumatic and expecting effect is achieved. It provides good foundation for the design and development of later numerical control straightening cutting machine. GTK6/12 numerical control cold-rolled ribbed bars straightening and cutting machine has passed the new product authentication of HeBei province. The product is first made in China and it fills up the domestic blank. The design and development of (ITK6/12 numerical control cold-rolled ribbed bars straightening and cutting machine has excellent market prospect.
