形状记忆合金智能子结构控制系统的研究及应用

【摘要】 本文根据形状记忆合金的物理特性,推导了一个易于实现智能控制的本构方程,再根据形状记忆合金具有自感、自适应的特性,通过对土木工程中智能化控制系统的研究,提出了智能子结构控制系统模型。在建模过程中,讨论了作动器的布置原则以及控制过程中的优化等问题。接着将该智能子结构控制系统应用于结构控制,形成一种真正意义上的建筑结构智能控制系统。 本文针对该智能控制系统研制了相应程序,并在本文的最后对智能子结构控制系统与智能结构控制系统进行了算例分析,研究结果表明,该控制方法对结构控制是非常有效的。由于该子结构控制系统具有安装,控制的简易性,可应用于各种结构形式的结构控制。同时在结构控制过程中,我们可以通过研究其反馈的信息来掌握结构在地震或风振等外因作用下的结构反应资料,用于结构设计和研究。
【Abstract】 This paper developed a constitutive relations based on physical property ofshape memory alloy that is able to put intelligent controlling into execution,according to the property of shape memory alloy that is self-introduction and self-adaptive, and through the researching about intelligent controlling system of civilengineering, a model about intelligent substructure controlling system was bringforward.In the process of making model,discussed layout principle of actuator andoptimization of control processes etc. Then, putting this intelligent controllingsystem into use,getting a true building structure intelligent controlling systemThe program of intelligent substructure controlling system was developed inthis paper,and took some example analysis of intelligent substructure controllingsystem and intelligent structure controlling system,study result indicated that, thismethod is very effective on structure controlling.This controlling system is simply-easy installing,controlling, so it can be used in all kinds of structure system.And inthe process of controlling, we could obtain useful data of structure underearthquake or wind-vibration through studding the feedback message, that could beused for structure design and researching.
