建筑中的“烟囱效应”

【摘要】 发展健康建筑有利丁节约能源,保护环境,符合可持续发展的原则。在文献研究的基础上,本文定量研究“烟囱效应”作用卜建筑外围护结构上的压强分布、空气渗透等,分析讨论了民居庭院对其毗邻建筑物室内热环境的影响作用。“烟囱效应”是指由于建筑室内外空气温度的差异而产生的建筑外围护结构的压强分布及主气渗透。这种压强分布和空气渗透作用对于建筑设备的止常运行,提高建筑内部主间的热舒适性,减低建筑采暖空调能耗具有重要的意义。中国传统庭院式民居建筑具有自然采暖和自然空调效应,“烟囱效应”与形成这种冬暖夏凉的特性具有很大的关系。实测数据表明,庭院具有一定的热稳定性,庭院的存在有利了提高毗邻建筑室内环境的舒适程度。
【Abstract】 The development of healthy building is coinciding with saving energy, reducing pollution and sustainable development. Based on literature research, the pressure distribution and air leakage through building enclosure is discussed as a result of chimney effect. Also, the influence of the courtyard to the thermal comfort of its affiliate building is analyzed.Chimney effect refers to the pressure difference and the pattern of air flow occursacross an enclosure because of difference in the weight of the inside and outside air resulting from temperature difference, which is very important to the proper operating of building services, the improving of the thermal comfort of building, the reducing of the heating and cooling energy consumption.The Chinese tradltional courtyard dwelling building has natural heating andnatural air-conditioning effect which partly because of the effect of chimney action.The result of temperature measurement proves that the traditional courtyard has arather stable thermal quality that is valuable to improving thermal comfort of itsaffiliate building.
