基于GIS技术的森林经营优化与辅助决策系统

【摘要】 随着空间信息技术的发展,地理信息系统广泛地应用于各个领域。在林业上使用GIS技术进行各类单项规划设计与生产决策也正在发展与完善。在森林经营单位实施整体调控,优化布局,使森林经营方案具有科学性、实用性和可操作性,是综合应用计算机信息技术进行森林经营方案编制的迫切要求。 本文以Citystar软件和Visual Foxpro为平台,以Powerbuilder为开发语言,并利用OLE/ODBC技术进行系统集成,按照GIS的应用模式实施具体应用,并选取和集成模型,建立森林经营优化与辅助决策系统。 本系统包括数据库管理、优化与辅助决策、图形制作三个子系统。 本系统按照地理信息系统的应用模式,以武冈林场为实例进行森林经营方案的编制: (1)以本系统的数据库为模型的数据源,模型的分析结论通过本系统软件表达输出,完成森林经营优化与辅助决策。 (2)利用层次分析法、线性规划、目标规划、主成分分析以及Citystar软件的分析模型进行模型处理与分析; (3)完成了资源数表统计、立地类型划分、经营类型组织、木材采伐规划、营林规划、森林保护规划、方案优化及林业专题图的制作。

【Abstract】 With the development of spatial information technology, geographic information system (GIS) has been applied extensively in almost every field. Supporting with GIS technology, all types of monoscopic programming & planning and decision-making in forestry have been making great progress and being more and more prefect. In order to regulate and optimize the forest distribution, and make the forest management plan scientifically, practicably and maneuverability, it is necessary for forest management units to build up forest management scheme integrated with information technology. This paper build up a forest management optimization and subsidiary decision-making system (FOSDS) ,which takes Citystar and Visual Foxpro as the workstation, Powerbuilder as programming language, and use OLE/ODBC technology to process system integration and model analysis method. This FOSDS consists of three subsystems including database management, optimization & subsidiary decision-making and map-making subsystems. According to the pattern of application of GIS,this FOSDS takes the Wuguang forest farm as an example to develop the forest management and working plan. The application of this FOSDS focus on as follow: (I) Taking database of the FOSDS as data source of models, exporting the analysis result of models through the FOSDOS to achieve the forest management optimization and subsidiary decision. (2)By using analytic hierarchy process, linear programming, multiobjective decision, principal component analysis and the analysis models integrated with GIS to process the spatial model analysis of the FOSDS. (3) Having finished the data of statistics, site type classification, management type organization, forest felling-plan, silvicultural planning, optimization of project, forest conversation pragramming and special topic map.
