0.02级三相程控电能表检定装置的研制

【摘要】 电能是最重要的能源,它的应用在生产技术上曾引起划时代的变革。在现代社会中电能已广泛应用到社会生产的各个领域和社会生活的各个方面。电能表是当前电能计量和经济结算的主要工具,它的准确与否直接关系到国家与用户的经济利益。为了确保电能表的准确性,电能表的校验工作由国家质量技术监督系统管理。电能表检定属于“强制检定”项目,电能表校验装置的精度等级、操作方式等都对电能表的校验工作有着极大的影响。0.02级电能表检定装置是适合于各省级计量技术机构、省级电力计量、科研等部门作为电能计量标准。作为市售产品,在我国该装置仍属空白。并且随着仪器仪表行业的迅速发展,仪器的研制向着小型化、大信息量、程控化的方向发展。因此,本论文即是在液晶显示技术的迅速发展成熟及丰富的软硬件资源的条件下,论述了0.02级三相程控电能表检定装置的基本研制,使该装置在上位PC机的控制下,对检表过程实现程控化并且用标准表的液晶显示器来代替传统的校验装置的监视仪器。上位机软件在Windows平台上运行,具有图形用户接口的特点,可视性强,操作灵活方便,通过对上位机软面板的操作即可完成对台体的控制并完成相应的检表过程。液晶显示采用的是日本SEIKO EPSON公司的SED-1330液晶显示控制器及日本OPTREX公司的DMF50174NB-FW点阵图形方式液晶显示模块。它的软件设计是在8031单片机上实现的,具有全中文菜单提示、显示信息量大的特点。
【Abstract】 Electric energy is the most important energy, its application has caused great changes in the production technology. In the modem society electric energy has been applied to the various fields of the society production and the subsistence. Watt-hour meter is the important means of energy measurement and economic accounts. Its nicety directly relates the economy benefit of the Country and the users. To insure the watt-hour meter抯 veracity, the National Measurement Institute is in charge of the watt-hour meter抯 calibrating work. The precision grade and the operating mode of the watt-hour meter抯 calibrator have great affect to the watt-hour meter抯 calibrating work.?.02 grade watt-hour meter calibrator?is fit for the province measurement technology institution, electric power measurement, scientific research department etc as the measurement standard. The kind of the calibrator isn抰 yet made in our country, and with the rapid development of the instrument industry, instrumental develop is favor to the direction of the miniaturinzation, great information, programmable control. So the article discusses the basic research of the?.02 grade three-phase programmable watt-hour meter calibrator?in the condition of the rapid development of the LCD technology and the abundant software and hardware resources. In the control of the PC, the calibrator realizes the programmable control to calibrate meter and makes use of the standard meter抯 LCD instead of the traditional calibrator抯 scout instrument. The software of the PC should run on the Windows, and it has the characteristic: graphic user interface, more visible, sweet and convenient handle. The adoptive LCD is SED-1330 LCD controller of Japanese SEIKO EPSON Inc. and the DMF5O 1 74NB-FW lattice graphics mode liquid crystal module of Japanese OPTREX Inc. .Its software design is realized in the 8031 SCM(single chip machine), having the characteristic of the Chinese menu hint and the great display information.
